This company aggressively pursued me in offering a loan. Although kind and friendly at first, the rep, Kai, soon began calling incessantly and did not respect my boundaries or even my job, regardless of my request not to be contacted certain times. I understand though, they wanted $104k repayment on a $42k loan, so a $62k profit. I submitted all my paperwork and documents before they she snuck in an $800 assessment fee that had never been mentioned before (local price checked to be $250 for same service). The next day, she trashed my loan via email. They are extortionists and selling snake oil bottled as hope.

Lauren Smyth was professional and very positive in all of our calls and transactions. Every question was answered immediately and she made it clear to understand. She was truly concerned for our well being and that came through on every contact we had with her. We will definitely be referring Lauren to everyone we can.

Horrible people acted like I owed them money. Finally answered one of there calls and told the lady numerous times to take me off the list and to stop calling me and she just kept asking me why I put an inquiry into lending tree which I also give a one star rating if that's how they get peoples business I'd rather pay more for a different company who won't call me numerous times throughout the day and harass me

Today, I went to Lending Tree to see about refinancing because I wanted to research rates, not talk to anyone yet. Royal United began calling me immediately. In less than 2 hours, they have called me no less than 12 times from 4 different numbers. At this point, they could offer an interest-free rate and I still would not do business with them. I'm not doing business with a company that wants to hound me like that.

Alex was absolutely awesome! He was there at any time for a call or text! Late nights, weekends whatever you may need he is there for you. Would highly highly recommend

My experience with this company was excellent. Kristy Storm walk me thru the entire process. She was extremely kind and patient with me she gave me her personal phone number. She always responded with me thru phone calls, text messages and emails. This company and agent help me refinance my home and get a lower interest rate and fixed. I would recommend to anyone and the BBB said they had an A+ rating with them. All my questions were answered to best of her ability. Thank you.

Jacob made a difficult process very easy to complete. It was a pleasure working with him because of his knowledge and personality. We were able to complete the application and I was approved for the mortgage in about a week.

Kristy Storm did a fantastic job closing our recent home loan refinancing. She is not only very professional, but also extremely responsive to any questions or concerns even on nights and weekends. This is the second home loan we have done with Royal United specifically because of Kristy. Many other loan companies will quote all kinds of low ball rates and deals in order to get an application fee knowing they can't deliver. But, Kristy is exactly the opposite. She only tells you what she believes she can honestly deliver and in our case, delivers more than what she originally agreed to do. Give her a call

I made the mistake of going to lending tree just to get a feel of what a mortgage would cost each month. I’ve received 10 phone calls starting at 7:30 this morning. It is 9 am now. I asked them to stop calling me but they haven’t.

I worked with Kristy who’s been a great communicator, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, listens to your questions and make sure you receive the answers. Everything was organized and clear from the beginning, step by step. I would go through this experience again all over in a heart beat without worrying.
