We have had a savings account for a few years. I recently applied for an auto loan and it was the simplest process I have ever been through! They have been extremely helpful every step of the way. Amazing customer service goes along way for me and they nailed it!!

Lori? In loans is useless. She said my debt to income was too high and auto-denied my consolidation loan request. I make more money now than I have ever made, that's simply incorrect information. I've been a Royal member for almost 11 years. SO disappointing. Got my loan from Wings Financial, and decided to pull my car loan and move it to Genisys Credit Union. Spectacular service from both those places.

The blonde banker is extremely rude. Also they claimed my debt to income was to High so I told her I’d go elsewhere! I was approved for almost double what they “couldn’t” approve me for 😂 I will not be giving them my business any longer! Maybe find some better staff that treat people with respect and actually try to do their job!

Terrific bank. Very helpful and friendly. I never rate 5 stars but I had to here. They've helped me finance 3 vehicles in 9 months. The only reason I'm not moving my 7 US Bank accounts here is there aren't any branches close to me. Yet. Hey RCU, I live in Crystal MN... (Hint)

This was an easy 5 star review. The interest rate and loan term I received for my vehicle was superior. Lori was so awesome and the whole process was quick and painless. Royal beat my credit union by half the interest rate and a longer term. I diffently will be switching all my accounts to Royal.

I am a banker there and have been for a while. I have not had any problems so far.

Came in to secure a loan once by myself and then with my wife. Both times were an unpleasant experience. They were short with us, one lady was super rude to my wife and we even saw her shake her head and heard her talk to her co-worker stating the deal probably won't get approved. Which is unprofessional, not mention not accurate. As we got approved at another lender with no problems or issues. I am currently a member and now with this I might not be and take our business elsewhere. This is not acceptable and with this day and age customer service should be at the top of list, I guess RCU doesn't want business and long lasting customers. Shame for a credit union.

Excellent customer service ! Originally we applied for a car loan. During our appointment we ended up opening 4 new accounts! We plan on transferring more. Customer service is Key and RCU has earned our business! Thanks

Worst experience ever. We got a 2005 Tundra from a small local dealer financed thru here. Then we switch our insurance from full coverage to parking insurance, since it was just parked in our garage, since we’re not driving it. We didn’t know they do not allow parked insurance with an approval from them. So they said if we don’t provide insurance they will charge us additional $777 for CPI. Therefore, I added the full coverage & uploaded the information via a link. The we got charge with $961 for CPI. I’m here to have then removed that & brought proof of insurance. They indicated not to pay off the loan, because it can take 6 weeks to refund it into our acct/loan. But they have to review it first. So hopefully, it’ll be refunded
