As a first time homebuyer, beginning the process was the most nerve wrecking for me. I wasn’t sure where exactly to start and my realtor referred to me Austin Duke. Let me tell you guys about Austin Duke!! Austin was beyond patient with me from start to finish. He made sure that I knew that I wasn’t alone throughout this process and was ALWAYS available to answer any question that I had. & trust me there were a lot of questions, since it was my first time. From our first call, Austin made sure that I understood every aspect of the loan application process and the following steps that would take place until closing. He also put me in touch with Brittney Morris who also assisted in my process. Brittney was able to run comps on homes that I was interested in to give me a better financial understanding of what I was getting myself into in the long run. They both held my hands while I crossed my fingers wishing for an accepted offer. After going under contract, Austin was sure to keep me up to date with everything necessary to get me clear to close. Even if there weren’t any action items necessary on my end, he checked in to ensure me that things were moving according to plan. He was also very quick to let me know when my appraisal reports came back and never hesitated to resend a loan estimate whenever things changed. I’m beyond thankful for all of Austin and Brittney’s help. I 1000000% recommend working with the two of them. They really made me feel comfortable and turned this process in to something to enjoy rather than be stressed out about.

To say that I feel my clients are well taken care of by Brittney is an understatement. She will stop at nothing to help. The best way I can explain this is with an example. As a first time home buyer- I'll admit, I knew NOTHING about mortgages. I had the absolute best experience working with Brendan.
