I feel like family whenever I conduct business there.

Best bank ever I, ve had a checking account with them now almost 18 years the all the tellers are ever so nice and helpful and the bank manager is just as nice my wife has had a saving account there as well going on 15 years with no problem ever

I walked in to cash a deposit check from one of our loyal customers they found multiple reasons to not cash the check .i was treated like a criminal.the staff is rude lazy and ignorant..please close your accounts if u dont want to be treated like scum.negative stars are whst they deserve

Run away. Took 6 months to close a loan. In the mean time my balance payoff was way less than it was when the paperwork started and i basically got a cash out refi which i did not want. Excuses for delay was because someone was out sick. Really, one person can throw your closing date off that much. Ever hear of adequate staffing ? was told that the loan amount could be changed to reflect the actual payoff, "no problem". But, When i inquired about this before settlement date, it was as if i asked for an act of god. I was not told it had to be a certain time before settlement. Cant pay the loan online unless you have a checking account with them. Have to mail it in like you did 20 years ago or walk it in. I get charged for a $10 late fee after i paid 2/3 of the loan balance, (not the payment) within the same month and within 30 days of the last payment. You really don't know when your deadline due date is on a heloc their system so a$$ backwards. I assumed that they had online bill pay, so dont assume anything with this bank.

Do not ever get a mortgage with Rosedale! Ever! The customer service is the worst! You can do way better with another bank!

My family has had a mortgage here since the beginning. We would never go anywhere else.
