I can not say enough good things about this business and Devin Cline. He is the real deal. I can assure you that if you have had trouble getting your roof bought you will not have trouble if he is in charge of your project. He is as good as hiring a public adjuster. I filed with another roofer and after 3 assessments it was turned down. I was very nervous to file again and Devin convinced me he knew what to do. He was right! I got everything bought. It was a long process but worth it in the end. There are very few people in this world that work this hard and keep their word and he is one of them. I can also say his team does excellent work and if they make a mistake they come back to fix it until your happy. I am extremely happy with the results!! I got a class 4 roof, new gutters, house painted, new garage doors and new French doors all using his crew. This company does not cut corners to fill their pockets either. There were a couple of things my insurance company did not pay for and they did it anyway. Trust me this is the best company you will ever work with and I am a picky person!

Where do I begin....? I never thought a hail storm would bring me a life long friend and my house looking better than it did before the hail storm... Life is funny like that. Last year after the hail storm in Norman (the first one) severely damaged our house I was introduced to Devin Cline with Rose Hill Builders. I generally only work with people who I already know or people I know HIGHLY recommend them. The barometric pressure must have been different that day because I chose to venture outside of my comfort zone and let Devin handle our claim. I am a micromanager and insisted on micromanaging him through the entire process, bless his heart, but he was patient and professional and still very much concerned about what was in the best interest of our home. When the second hail storm came through I trusted Devin enough to handle one of our rental properties on his own. From there he began handling our other family member's homes and other random fixing up needs around their house, especially my mother's. I talk to Devin on a regular basis now about claims and even just bouncing ideas off of him on ways I can improve my home. Rose Hill Builders is a reputable company and so are the people they contract to work with them. If you happen to get to work with Devin then you are blessed to get the opportunity.

This company is outstanding. I watched how they did and outstanding job on my neighbor's roof, and had them inspect my roof for previous hail damage. They found damage to the roof as well as my shed and garage door. They worked with my insurance company to make the repairs. Matthew kept me informed regarding everything. The crew performed the job in one day. Outstanding!!. I recommended this company to my neighbor and the will start work in the fall. Thanks, Matthew!!

Devin developed a detailed estimate for hail storm damage that included items that the insurance company adjuster failed to identify, and followed up with the insurance company to resolve errors and omissions in the original and several subsequent insurance company estimates. He accommodated my requests for some specific products I wanted, communicated with me at every step, and his crew completed the work professionally and on the stated schedule. Highly recommended.

The complete team from roofers to painters to carpenters were all grade A top notch, especially Devin Cline who guided the repairs from beginning to the end, handling all the insurance issues and contractor scheduling to accommodate me. Devin is surely someone that works for you and makes sure you are completely satisfied. The biggest impression I got was there was no waste of time. Every minute was being use for working on the project.

As a previous building inspector in Nichols Hills, I know how nerve-wracking it can be when hiring a company to work on your home. I had my roof and gutters replace this year and I could not be happier. The price point and quality of work was great. What was most amazing is how Devin and Matt guided me throughout the entire process. First of all let me just say if you're reading this because you're shopping around for a contractor to do work on your house or repair damage from storms STOP SEARCHING, you've found them. Devin Cline and Rose Hill Builders are the most professional and honest team I've ever worked with, (and I'm a construction inspector that deals with contractors daily). I was referred to Devin from a mutual friend after telling him how unhappy I was with my insurance company after a hail storm damaged my house. After one call with Devin I realized why my friend referred me, this man is so passionate about fighting insurances to get you what you deserve. He came out to my house and spent 2-3 hours walking my entire property with my insurance inspection paperwork in hand and did his own inspection. He was in disbelief at how many things they "missed" and corners they cut to save money. He was confident he would be able to get me more money and what I really deserved. He was right. From the point I called Devin I didn't have to do anything, he took over and made phone calls to my insurance, submitted his estimate and communicated everything to me in the process. The funny part is when my insurance company called me to tell me they were approving Devin's estimate and issuing more money her exact words were, "your contractor really knows a lot about insurance policies." I said, "I know that's why I hired him." I went from an initial claim amount that wouldn't even put a new roof on my house to a new Class 3 impact resistant roof, new guttering, new insulated garage doors AND several thousand in my pocket. I call Devin the "Robin Hood of Insurance Claims", these insurance companies try to rob you of what you're truly owed and through his knowledge of construction and insurance policies he gets it for you. Go with Devin and Rose Hill Builders, you will not be disappointed.

I had a little bit of repair work that needed to be completed and another roofing company started the work but didn't finish the entire job. Devin and his crew were able to immediately squeeze me in and complete the job. There as ongoing communication throughout the entire process, something the other company completely lacked. Needless to say, I wish I would have reached out to Devin sooner and used Rose Hill from the very beginning. They will be the only company I use in the the future.
