Recently we have filed our first car accident claim with State Farm, my wife hit a deer and messed up the front end of her car. The insurance company was very attentive to our needs, helped us line up a speedy affordable rental, helped us find the best body shop in the area that completed our repairs fast and very reasonable. The office was very speedy with their responses and great with keeping us informed on the step-by-step process. Out of all the insurance companies I have ever dealt with, these people have impressed me the most.

I have been with then for years. Yes they are easy for claims and getting them paid. However we somehow had a policy change and the answervI get is the same and I want them to go back in history to show where it all started and that wont happen. They could care less about losing you as a longterm over 10 yr customer or that you would change ins. I had a great understaffer agent but the new one that took over I cant say the the same. Head to a different state farm agent.
