    Great customer service! Very nice staff always smiling and willing to help. There was a little wait to get help, but it was well worth the wait. Once helped it went very fast and efficiently! No concerns any other time I visited either!

    Bank of America (BOA) is terrible, period! Locations don't matter, the staff is forced to drink the KoolAid, so you can't blame them. The bank policies intentionally deceive the consumer into thinking BOA is customer and community oriented, when in fact that's just bait so they can gouge the customers with things like laughable interest rates and "non-interest bearing" Savings Accounts (whoever heard of that) which they don't specify when setting up the accounts - which is what happened to me when I set up an account for my son. Another deceptive practice is the "Fraud Protection", during which they arbitrarily block your purchases in an attempt to make you think your account safety is their priority. They blocked a Christmas purchase I was making from NIKE for my son saying it looked "suspicious" even though I'd made NIKE purchases previously. Seek out a credit union or an online bank for better service, more transparency and much better interest rates. Don't drink the Bank of America slick marketing KoolAid ! Oh, and all those 5 Star ratings, they are obviously NOT from customers, more likely from paid reviewers or coerced employees.

    Horrible customer service they make you wait and wait. They don't want to help. Local branches are the same give you 800 to call and you have to wait over an hour

    Given all the bad reviews I thought I'd share a good one. Yes, I was inconvenienced waiting in a long line on a Saturday morning to be told I'd have to make an appointment to open my daughter's account, but the scheduler was kindly apologetic. This bank needs to add staff and hours given the many locations closed! The 5 stars are actually for Mr. Jeffrey Park who ended up helping us on a late weekday afternoon. He was professional, kind and took time to ensure my teen understood her new responsibility. Customer service like his needs to be positively recognized!

    11/18 made appt for 11/19 11am. Money transfer for mortgage 11/19 arrived 10:59am. 11:20 taken to desk to be helped. 11:50 finished Banker was nice and friendly. 168854433

    Worst branch ever. I have a business and you can't call into the branch. I have to go in to make an appointment to then make a second trip back in to see a banker. There will be 15 people in line, one person behind the counter and a greeter at the door. That greeter needs to get there but behind the counter and work toward getting the line down. Service is no longer a priority. Absolutely can't stand this branch. I actually drive 15 minutes past it to go to the branch by the mall and it's not much better.

    Local branches were closed AGAIN with no notice so had to go here to make a deposit . Stood in line for 45 minutes ! Yes 45 minutes . Had another deposit to make the next day and once again the local branches are closed, so went to this location again and guess what ? CLOSED ! Then had to drive another 45 minutes to another BOA and amazingly it was open -- Stood in line 50 minutes ! Other banks manage to stay open and look after their customers . Why cant BOA ??? Why cant they at least have drive thru open at their locations ? Im done with this Bank

    I thought BOA would be eager to have a new customer. I guess not. I refuse to wait 20 plus minutes after being told they will be with me shortly.

    I usually do not look at reviews but probably should have for this location. We went in to add an account on mine for my teenager. First of all, she was 20 minutes late getting to us; we had an appointment. Then once in the office Eboni had zero sense of urgency. You would think that with an appointment, in which it was discussed over the phone what I was coming in for that there would not be a huge need for "clarity", unless you are trying to sell me something else. It should have been apparent by looking at my present account; which I have had for over 17 years, what we were there to do. Again, appointment with detailed intent over the phone was already made. Is this not clarity enough? I am so disappointed and yes, I was getting very impatient as I kept getting asked the same question; "I need clarity on what you want." My son wondered if maybe I was not making it simple enough. The thing is a professional in her position should be able to look at my account and when I say I want the adv plus banking just like the other kiddo then your intelligence should supersede on what is wanted. When a sales person of any sort starts over talking you, asking the same question, and giving other details people think you are being shady. Then she went to get the manager. The manager is who I made the appointment with. Let's now cover their need to have a minute one ended conversation about what she felt was going on. Again, lots of over talking. BE PREPARED FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS. STOP GIVING EXCUSES WHEN YOU ARE 20 MIN LATE.

    I have received excellent experience today with Mr. Anthony because my past experiences with this Bank of America have been terrible for so many reasons, but today I received excellent customer service. I walked in feeling welcomed and Anthony immediately approached me offering to help. He had positive vibe and Great attitude and appeared to be a hard worker as well. I felt obligated to share.

    These employees stare at customers as they enter. No acknowledgment. Employees walking around the bank for 15 minutes as I wait to be helped by a teller, Even as I called out, “Is this bank open?” The only polite employee was the red headed security guard. Avoid this location.

    Tried to cash 2 checks at this location even though I'm not a member but they were both Bank of America checks. They declined both checks saying the signatures didn't match with previous signatures. This was after waiting in line for 45 minutes. Only had 2 tellers working. Horrible experience!!! Will never set foot in here again. How does this place stay in business???
