Extremely happy I used Ron Tirapelli Ford to service my car. Not only was the customer service great but Alex in service went above and beyond to make sure I knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and that it was done in a timely manner. I will continue to use them for oil changes, etc. For sure recommend!

Great job most of the time the only complete is they strip or break the screws and don’t replace then unless I pay for new one. I need a ford guys from. 15 years old and at 65 sill for. I think they can at least replace them for free. Don’t you think ??

Extremely difficult to make an appointment. I had to call on three separate days and then stayed on the line back and forth until finally someone from service picked up. I could not schedule online because computer could not find my car, yet it was found immediately by a person when I finally got through. FRUSTRATING! Probably will need to find a different service provider.

Had an appointment and was in and out fast. Associates were friendly and answered all my questions. Waiting room and restrooms were clean.

Service Advisor Alex was on top of things and kept me informed on the progress.

We purchased a new car and had a great experience. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Tirapelli and would buy another one. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and has great customer service.

They did the ceramic paint coating and it turned out incredible. I always use them to service my cars it’s a little bit of a drive but we’ll worth it for the great service!

Brought my 2012 Focus in due to a broken passenger door latch and was unable to close passenger door. This was related to a safety recall 16-S-30 that was rectified back in 2019 for the same issue on the vehicle but since failed again. Dealership attempted to fix the door latch under recall 20-S-30 for repeat issue but Ford determined the door latch serial did not match their database for impacted latches and was unable to support the replacement. Escalated to Ford but was unsuccessful getting assistance. While working back and forth between the dealership and Ford HQ, the vehicle was parked outside of the dealership and rained heavily inside of the car with puddles standing in passenger seat and floorboard. Extremely disappointed with Ford that they would not honor a failed latch that was covered under their safety recall as well as the negligence by the dealership to leave my vehicle exposed to the elements while working through the process.

Very professional staff, and efficient. I came in to look at a specific vehicle they had in stock, and they treated me very well and answered all my questions. Edgar was the salesman I dealt with and he was very personable and helpful, and after test driving the car and going through the numbers we were able to complete the sale. Thanks for being a great business!

Started with our salesman making inappropriate and antisemitic comments. (Sales manager did apologize for that) Finished with them telling me that my car purchase was all set, even to having me switch my insurance, then saying Oops, we can't do that, how about this vehicle instead. Might not have been but it felt like a bait and switch. No apology, no follow up phone call... nothing...
