Thanks for your feedback and I appreciate you allowing me to help you. When considering selling a business getting an accurate valuation is one of the first and most important steps. Not only does it help the business seller understand the market value of their business but the information in the 18 page valuation I put together helps in the process of selling the business if that is what the owner wants to do. The valuation I put together also helps a buyer start the initial steps to get an SBA loan, if that's part of their plan. Thanks again for letting me help you with the business valuation. Thank you Julian for your review. The sale of a business; particularly in California, can be very difficult with so many moving pieces including legal, tax, employee laws, licenses, finance and more all adding to the complexities. Thanks again for sharing your view of my services.

Thanks for the recommendation. Really enjoyed helping you guys as this was a difficult transaction for many reasons. Landlord was difficult but we got it done. SBA lender was difficult and slow but we got that done. Due diligence was difficult as items kept popping up which they buyer wanted to know so they had to be researched and negotiated. Negotiating the Asset Purchase Allocation was difficult. The escrow closing was difficult as there were pink slips with the DMV that needed addressing. Insurance items to get in place or the SBA loan wouldn't finance. These were the main things but there were more. Thanks again for letting me assist you. Hopefully next time its a little easier. :)

Thanks for posting your feedback. As you discovered, selling a business is never easy and comes with so many variables. I appreciated your willingness to listen to each of the buyers story and decide which buyer was the best option for you; even though things didn't go smoothly all the time. As I mentioned to you, its normal for a business transaction to 'break' or have a frustrated buyer or sell 3 times before it closes. These frustrations tests everyone's patience and willingness but as you saw, it was part of the process. Thanks again for allowing me to help you.
