Over the holiday, we traveled to the Sacramento area. During our trip we needed a little extra cash. We called around for a pawn and loan shops and found Capital City Loan & Jewelry. It was there we found excellent service, no type of under cutting on the prices for your items. They are straight across the board. Not to mention the awesome inventory they have available. I walked in to pick up some extra cash and walked out with a beautiful Malibu Fender autistic guitar 🎸 and extra cash too! They authenticate my watch on the spot and gave me a very fair price for it as well. If you want to do business with respectfully honest individuals, I suggest you visit Capital City Loan!

First visit to this location, much cleaner than other pawn shops I've been in before. Everything was very easy to find. Tony was extremely personable and was full of knowledge. When Tony wasn't familiar with something, he wasn't afraid to admit that his knowledge was limited. It's nice to see that someone wasn't gonna lie just to make a sale. The service I received from Tony was superb, by far best I've received in awhile! I would definitely recommend this place!

Hello everyone Tony approached me up on arriving in the store quickly he was friendly greeted me right away and was very willing to help me when I walked into the store he is just great! I just I was able to breathe because it was so cool feels so good in the store was so cool and outside it’s so hot right now and to walk into a place with good AC and friendly people it just keeps everything good. Very good customer service. Even at the end of their day they are friendly and willing to help you get the amount needed. I feel my pawn is safe there and don’t worry about leaving it until I pick it up. I would recommend Capital City Loan to anyone who wants to sell or get a loan!

High energy. Friendly staff. Tony was cracking jokes with another customer while I was waiting in line. Everyone was acknowledged when they came in the door. Legit a good place to go. They are up front and will show you their screen so you know your not being low balled or cheated out of anything.

This is a very great and honest shop. Very friendly as well. I’d recommend stopping in if you’re trying to score a few bucks or score games/ game systems, dvds, TVs, power tools, shoes, guitars and more! Try to work with Tony he makes sure you get at least something for your valued items and very friendly! Great shop to visit.

Tony and Joe were very courteous helpful and knowledgeable. I came in today to return a piece of electronics that I purchased last week. They gave me in store credit and discounted the watch that i purchased. This is a very comfortable, no pressure environment and Professionalism and Customer satisfaction is obviously very important to them.

Zero stars. Zero stars. Amelio was rude and rude. Brand new generator in box I was given a 50$ loan. Got JAMMED up again and good ol amelio loanedme $10 for a bracelet I use to get 40 for at a different shop. I will get my 2 things out next week and will never go there again

Needed something for my 10 month old and attempted to sell them a brand new Instax camera, fresh out of the packaging. (Considerably price will go down if not packaged which was expected), he asked me what my highest to sell was, and I gave him a ballpark number to which he stated " okay so you're on the right track". Not even sure what that was supposed to mean but I instantly knew what was gonna happen next. He did his findings and decided his highest offer would be $5. And then told me to sell it online I could get around $12. Went to another pawn shop & sold it for $45. So thanks Emilio, For nothing 😂😂😂😂 I wouldn't recommend this place try the others!

Just visited Capital City Loan for the first time and my experience was great. I got my Loan from Joe, he offered great customer service and made me feel extremely welcome. I got the amount I wanted for my item with no fuss. I even walked out with an additional item I didn't think I was going to buy. I would definitely come back again. Great place to go if your in need of some quick cash and won't be embarrassed about it.

This business is really good. Ive been a customer here for 7 years. Before I was dealing with the other location on Watt and Marconi that doesnt exist anymore. Emilio and Joe customer has great customer service skills are A-1. They will offer other great deals with the best lay a way plan ever!! 10 percent down and 10 months. The next lay-a-way, they will put the $10 down for you as an incentative. Where else do they do that at???

This was my first time at a pawn shop and i didn’t know what to expect at all. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and was asked if I needed assistance. I was seeking a small loan for the items I brought in and Tony was very helpful in assisting me. As I was waiting for my loan to be processed I noticed that the other employees where very attentive to others as well. Good customer service is hard to find, but it’s definitley not hard to find at Capital City Loan. I will be doing business with Capital City going forward!

Tony was super helpful my first time in and today! Life happens and I had to get a loan with some special jewlery I own. He gave me a very fair price both times which let me start a new job. The staff remembers your name and story which makes leaving your items and returning to do more business worry free. Also, if you have never been to a pawn shop come and check out the merchendise. You can pick up a TV, tools or Tiffany jewelry for a great price.
