I took a 2013 Ford Focus to Rogers Ford to get some recalls taken care off. One of the recalls was for a transmission issue but they said they need it to diagnose it first. They charged me $370 to diagnose it which I agreed because the problem was part of the recall. Well when they “diagnosed” it, they said something was damaged inside the transmission and that would need to be fixed in order for the car to be right. I disagreed with that diagnosis so I took the car and ended up paying the $370 diagnosis fee. We got a computer ordered for the transmission, came in, got installed and just like that, the vehicle was running as it should no problem. I went to Rogers to try to get my money back for a wrong the diagnosis and they said no because they stand by what they diagnosed. It’s sad that a place like Rogers Ford takes advantage of people like this. Will never ever do business there ever again. Edit: I was able to speak to Jacob the manager and he went above and beyond to help me sort out the issue.

Took my truck in for routine maintenance today, the quick lube was awesome, they would get 5 stars. I was also looking for a new vehicle. Had to swing by the service department to schedule repairs to my 2017 F350, they required me to leave my vehicle for 2 to 3 business days just to diagnose. My issues were; back glass plastic rail has dry rotted and come free from glue, passanger seat warmer and AC is not working, sun roof is leaking when it rains. They could not put me in a loaner vehicle. They had no vehicles on the lot that my wife would care to drive but I would have been willing to wait for a vehicle to come in. The service department just cost you a sale. I'll return to Sour Lake TX and buy from Rockie.

Called service to see if my truck was still under warranty so I could get it in for the death wobble for the third time- I have a recall and the guy feels like I’m asking him to personally give me something- I just need my vehicle fixed not an attitude when I call- I’ll never do business with these people again- period

I hope people read the issues other people have before they commit to taking their vehicle to Rogers Ford for service. I took my truck in for a factory recall. It was a transmission program issue. $1500, 3 trips back, and 1 part later, No I have a check engine light on for a sensor and the transmission temp was at 240 degrees on the way home from the dealership. I have not had a single problem out of this truck until I took it to them. This was my first experience with Rogers and for sure my last. Gigi was very nice. Jacob was cordial but will not return the calls And voicemails I have left. The truck is going to Dallas for repair. Like I said at the beginning of this review read the other reviews. That was my mistake.

Great service and friendly salespeople who treat you like a part of the family. They foumd just what I wanted and gave me a great deal. Mike the salesman was great and I know the general manager too Kelly is a fair and honest man also. Will continue to do business with them in the future as well as most of my family can't go wrong new or used. The picture of the blue escort is the one I bought love it.

Took a F250 Diesel truck to them that was not running. After a month and half of nothing and very little communication with the service advisor, they still have not worked on it! Tried calling the service manager several times but they would never return my call. Very frustrating. I am having it towed to another automotive shop that can get it running. I would not recommend this place for service.

Recently bought a 2021 F150. With less than 3,000 mile on it. I am already having issues with the temperature controls. I was told when buying a brand new vehicle that while it’s under warranty I could send it in and get loaner while it’s being worked on. Since this dealership doesn’t do appointments and you have to drop your truck off and wait a week out to get it worked on, I am without a Truck to go to work. I have called daily asking if there is a loaner truck in, and am told every day there’s not. They refuse to call you when one comes in because it’s against their policy. Two months now and I still can’t get my truck worked on. I would suggest buying a truck somewhere else because if there is issues, Rodgers will not take care of you.

Went in for a simple oil change and inspection on my car. They did a great job with that, but found a leak in my tire. Instead of me having to pay for a new tire, they did me a favor and took the time to fix the tire with no additional cost. That right there is good costumer service and shows they care about their costumers. Little details like that go a long way and i'm very grateful.

Took my car in for a hardware issue and a thumping noise. Returned with the same issues. Had no idea what they were doing. I asked to explain and show the technician when dropped off I was told no they look at our notes, when I had called back to get info on my vehicle they had no idea of the notes! Waste of time! Do not recommend ANYONE averting their cars fixed or anything from this place.

Had my truck oil change here for the first time. I had to bring my own oil, because they don't carry Mobil1. Great service my Makala and Fernando the Tech! Paying attention to detail was outstanding! Great customer service and they really took care of my truck! I would bring my vehicles back to them!

Excellent customer service. Abdul in pre-owned sales was very pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. They willfully offer Carfax reports and help ease the stress of buying a car. Just can’t beat it: fast, honest, great people. I bought my Lincoln from out of town, and I dropped it off for some unusual issues. The service team there handled it like a champs!!!! I went into Rogers for my new F350 to be serviced and I figured it would be at least 1 to 2 hours. So while it was in Services I wanted to look for our next purchase!! In doing so I was greeted by a Friendly Sales Manager, whom said he’d get me a sales professional!! Within seconds he was back with Gabriel and his incredible wife! Not only did they answer all my questions and treated me as a friend and or family member! It’s been a long time since I felt at home at a Dealership!! The incredible customer service, product knowledge and warm welcome!!! The service center called me to tell me that my truck was completely done!!! Within 45 minutes!!! I have told our children and employees that they need to go to Rogers Ford!! It’s was the complete package!!! Thank you Gabriel and Venessa for all your help!!! I have only used the Fast Lube so this is my opinion of that service. Jake is an absolute pleasure to deal with. On top of things and honest and up front about everything. Greets me by name when I come through the door . Sometimes the wait is long but that's a small price to pay for quality service...and there is a reason the wait can be long. They service all my vehicles, not just the Ford, and I highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service and will lie to you over and over. I dropped my car off one morning to have a safety recall fixed. It was two bolts on the driver seat that needed to be replaced. I called several times to check on the status throughout the day and was told the car was being worked on and should be finished shortly every time. Finally my last time calling at the end of the day and was told that the part was not in stock so they had to order one. This would not have been an issue if they told me this my first time calling or better yet checked to see if they had the part before dropping off. However I was told several times the car was being worked which was not the case and a flat out lie.The car was just sitting in the parking lot. Fast forward several days later, I call to make sure the part was in and was told my car was being worked on and would be finished in 30 minutes. Another lie. How could they be working on my car if I was in the car driving it while on the phone with them?? It is if they just read responses off a list with no clue as to what the question even is. This was a very frustrating experience to say the least and will not be taking my car here in the future or purchasing any vehicles from this establishment.

I’m leaving one star because none is not an option. The service department is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. We have called several times for updates, wait on hold, only to be told our rep is unavailable. After being asked to leave a message, the call is never returned. This has gone on for several days and is the second time it has happened. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

This was hands down the best car/truck buying experience ever. Randall Brockington coordinated this high price sale remotely (as I live in another state) and he kept everything running smooth as silk up until delivery. Lupe in finance came in competitively, and did not try to stuff anything into the contract. No pressure sales, and held to their word and pricing. And we all know by now how insanely difficult buying a car in today's market can be. Thank you guys so much for getting me my dream truck! Since 2002 I have purchased 5 vehicles from Rogers Ford. Starting with a lease on a ford ranger to build our credit history to the last vehicle I purchased was a 2014 mustang Roush stage 3. Every vehicle was purchased with the help of Bo Herrera and his son on the later purchases. The prices are on the vehicles, they’ve always given me fair value on my trades and went above and beyond to make the deal even when it cost them more money. I plan on buying my next vehicle from Rogers soon. Thanks to the Herrera family for helping my family for so many years.

This last time I brought my suv in, they didnt do the tire rotation that the paperwork said had been done. When I called the next day to ask them about it, they scheduled a mobile mechanic to come next day and check everything that was said to have been done previously. In the end my tire rotation was completed and everything else had been done. They threw in a complimentary oil change for the trouble. So even though it wasn't done right the first time I still give them 5 stars for doing all they could to make it right. And I've never had a problem with this place prior to this.

My parents were pulling their 5th wheel across country to Arizona for the winter. They stopped overnight to sleep in Midland, Texas and woke up to their 2011 Diesel F250 not starting. They had it towed there on a Wednesday and on Friday my Father had to walk to the dealership to ask them what was the hold up on taking a look at the truck. My Father got the run around and was told it might be a week and half to get it fixed IF they could get parts for a 2011 F250. They showed absolutely no empathy for my parents and didn't care they were stranded. Needless to say my parents found a different place to take the truck to with in the Midland area.

SAVED US! We were on a trip across Texas to California and had a break down while pulling an RV. ROGERS Ford, for us in, repaired and back on the road in 4 days. Incredible, since SEWELL FORD, a few miles away told us they wouldn't even look at our F-150 for "4 to 6 weeks"!! That's right, weeks!!

Peter in used cars, 👍 I don't usually give 5 stars, especially because dealers don't give real value for trade ins, instead keeping deep gains for themselves at the public's expense. However, I drove far to trade in and drive back a truck that was priced appropriately, even though the market was going up on used vehicles. The salesmen Peter, definitely took his position seriously as a liason for buyer and seller. He was always available and communication was effective. He kept me informed as to the line behind me and how to ensure I held my place in line for the truck. I would recommend this dealership, and I can't say that for many, but very few. I am happy I can add another good experience to the short list, and I've bought new from dealerships, including super cars.

As a business owner I have to say rhe unprofessional service I received from the service director Jacob and the technician Jody is beyond incompetence. I run 4 businesses and one of the jobs I do is as a warranty inspector. It is a job that sends me out to make sure businesses aren't trying to scam their customers. I made 3 appointments to inspect this vehicle and everytime we arrived to to inspect vehicle wasn't ready and tech wasnt there. Today he refused to demonstrate what is wrong with the vehicle which screams that he doesn't know what he is doing. The sad part is thst instead of the director making the tech do his job we were kicked out and threatened.

We bought a brand new Fiesta from Rogers Ford and it had an overheating issue. The service department worked on it maybe 5 or 6 times over the course of almost a year. They always provided us with a loaner vehicle and made sure to keep us informed of the repairs. Nevertheless, the car was a lemon and the overheating persisted. With few options left, we were forced to buy another, more expensive car. Rogers did their best to get us the best deal possible, given the circumstances. Recently, we brought our new 2020 Fusion in after a strut was busted when we hit a pot hole. The repairs ended up costing us around $2,600. When we went to pick up our car, they hadn’t completed the work they said that they would do over the phone. I felt that the car was unsafe to drive and I couldn’t believe they attempted to let us leave with a vehicle in that condition. The car pulled terribly and it was almost impossible to control it over 40MPH. I couldn’t believe it. After a whole year of repairs on the Fiesta, now this??? When I brought it back, they completed the repairs and now the car is back to normal. Given the amount of time and money we’ve spent on our vehicles at this dealership, and the inconvenience caused by the unreliable vehicles we have purchased here, I was tempted to rate this dealership with one star. However, Callum, in the service department was always there for us and was eventually the only person we wanted to deal with. It is because of his customer service and willingness to help us during this year and a half of vehicle issues, I am rating Rogers with 4 stars.

Purchased a used 2018 Lincoln Navigator. The experience with salesperson Mike Johnson and Arnold was smooth and problem free all the way. I flew in to Midland, they had someone pick me up at the airport and take me to the dealership. They took the time to go over the vehicle with me and answer all my questions and when we discovered some small damage they made it right. I am totally satisfied with the vehicle and the way i was treated by the personal at Rogers!

I dealt with Mike Johnston in used sales, and I must say this was by far the best car buying experience I've had ever. Sales and finance worked around my hectic schedule, got a great deal and interest rate. Highly recommend and will refer anyone I know to Rogers Ford and Mike. Other dealerships in this area should take lessons. I've been looking for a truck for 2 weeks and was seriously disgusted with sales and management of other dealerships. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am.

Rogers Ford fast lube was quick and on the spot. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation, and while they preformed the work I had a Recall pending and they took care of that as well. Thanks to Jacob Klein and his staff for the quick and accurate service Job Well done!!!!

After 6 yrs of being a loyal customer the man in charge tells my wife and l not to bring our vehicle back . After my vehicle was broken into and destroyed on the inside and the grill missing ,They called a week later and told us their was a problem. And now after paying 2600 dollars our a/c still doesn't work.Dont take your car there, it will come back with more problems and they will charge you a ton of money.🤮

Took my truck to get the turbo replaced and got it back full of oil all over the engine bay from where the mechanics were working on it. I took it back and I couldn't even get a rental because the truck was a 2017 model and because it has 70,000 miles according to them when it is a few thousand under. The truck has extended warranty for 100,000 miles and I have rental insurance coverage on the vehicle as well I hope they can make this right for me!

Excellent experience at Rogers Ford. Marco Carrillo was a very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient salesman. He listened to our needs, answered our questions and made sure he provided us with exactly what we wanted. The finance dept. was just as great. Explained every detail of the contract and all about the extra warranties available to us. No pressure. I would highly recommend Marco Carrillo and the staff at Roger’s Ford for your next shopping car experience. They will not disappoint.

Roger’s Ford made some much needed changes. The service advisor counter helped greatly. Waiting time was cut down, and they kept me informed on my truck. It was so bad at one point I told myself that I would never go back, but I did give it another chance and I drove away a satisfied customer.

Troy Barber as always been very good to us with his customer service skills and professionalism. We have been dealing with him for 5 years now and will NOT have it any other way. He is prompt and get us what we need always and every time. Rogers ford is very fortunate to him as a sales person. We have been through various dealerships and we cannot seem to get any better deal than Rogers ford. There is no hassle on pricing with them especially when it comes to our fleet units. On paperwork side of things it was less than ten minutes and we were finished, Armando thank you sir for your prompt and swift work. They always give us fair and excellent trades ok our tra-in. Mixed feeling about Rogers. I have used them for both personal and business and frankly I have no issue with the parts department but the service department (not the quick lube portion, quick lube is great) lacks a lot. Common respect has been forgotten everytime I go into thy department. Had a bad experience with sales too but that was several years ago and I won’t buy another car from them. Only reason I tolerate the disrespectful ness out of the service department is because ford makes me have our Expedition repaired at a ford dealer and I won’t drive fifty miles farther to another one. Our car is almost out of warranty and that will be its last day they repair it. That being said, parts and quick lube are awesome. I don’t hesitate to use them for business or personal.
