I can’t say enough good things about Rock Mortgage!! I am a Realtor the Greater Houston Area. Recently, I had a client that came to me and was already pre qualified with another lender for a really tough Jumbo Loan product. We found their dream house and got our offer accepted with a 45 day escrow period. On day 43 my clients lender said that they weren’t ready to close the file. They did this for another three weeks. They didn’t explain to my clients what was going on and why they continue to request unreasonable documents and overall they couldn’t get it closed. By this time my client had 14k in Earnest Money on the line to prevent from losing the house. After over two months spinning our wheels with the buyers first lender I suggested to them to switch lenders to Rock Mortgage.
