If I could give this agency 0 stars I absolutely would. Ever since transferring to this agency no one has ever reached out to me and when my policy went past due I was not notified by the agency (yes I know I should have been checking however was unable too) when I called to ask about why my auto insurance was not showing on my app they acted like nothing was wrong and said it could be due to late payment. Then they stated my policy had lapsed for over a week and did not act like this was an issue. When I asked how much I needed to pay they advised of this and I came in and paid it immediately. I went to check my bill for the current month and it’s double, when I called them they stated I was actually still a month behind and the payment I previously made was for a different month. Never did they advice of this when I was in office. This agency is an absolute joke. I would never recommend this office to anyone. They do not know how to service policies or have a care for their clients needs.

We have experienced 2 car accidents and have several teen drivers and Rochelle has provided us with excellent customer service to meet all of our needs. She was reachable right away after my accident telling me exactly what I needed to do before the police even arrived which calmed my nerves, since I had never been in an accident before. When I have a question Rochelle or Todd get back with me right away or by the end of the day with an answer. They are very accessible and make sure we can reach them when we need them.
