Seen some people have issues but my transaction was quick and painless

After waiting about 3hrs and told that they were short handed and that computers were running slow and to my dismay I found out that one of my titles was not included. But after waiting so long I should have checked to make sure that the were all there, now I have a problem, and with distance and time it makes me look bad. I truly hope that you all had a Happy Thanksgiving.

I would NOT describe the people here as friendly or courteous. Several bad experiences because it wasn't clear what to do anf they were condescendingand rude because I didn't know. Waiting area is horrible with no room to distance from others and only a few seats. I was again chastised for standing slightly past the herding area. At least it was relatively quick.

This place is AWESOME! If only the actual DMV operated this efficiently!

Fast and efficient. I had done my research beforehand and made sure that I had all the proper papers when I arrived. They took it from there and quickly got me the documentation I needed. God bless these employees who are running documentation back and forth to the cars outside. The woman who helped me was very pleasant and upbeat despite the less then desirable weather.

Honestly super easy to file for a lost title. I've done it twice now and I'm always in and out in 15 minutes. Make sure you use the appropriate door for guests and contractors

I did not like the price of $30 for a replacement title. I did however like having the title immediately. This begs a question about what the state government does not do for a high tax rate. If the corporations can do it faster why can't the state of Kansas and counties reduce my taxes?

They are very quick and efficient when you are in a hurry to get a duplicate title or need loan holder release, etc. There were a few people ahead of me when I got there and I was in and out in about 15 min!

It's a little hard to figure out where to go if you've never had to go there but once there it would be a great resource. They were very helpful in directing me to the things I needed to do to get my lien release for car I paid off faxed or hand carry to them. So I have to go back in a few days. A good bunch of employee's. Make sure when you go there the first time, that it's not in the strip mall , it on the north side of the mall, facing 37th street from the south. Next to American Family Insurance Office. Lien release cost $15.00 for clear title, $25.00 for replacement titles. This was good to know info.

I am a regular here as I work for a dealership and I am here once week usually if not more, and every time I come I am greeted with the warmest smiles(: everyone always ask how my day is, and how I am doing(: they are the friendliest DMV I have ever been to! Butler Mo, and here are my favorites! I was in a small wreck the other day and when I came back here a few days after my wreck everyone was so kind, and happy to see me, and asked how I was after the wreck! I literally can’t stress enough how nice and wonderful these people are! Blessed to have worked for a company where I was able to meet such nice people!!
