I bought a motorcycle from Road, Track and Trail yesterday and could not be more pleased. I live in Michigan and drove to their location in Wisconsin to pick it up. I saw pictures of the bike in their online listing but hadn’t seen it in person. Rob was absolutely fantastic through the whole process- he stayed in contact with me via phone/email from the time I decided I wanted to buy the bike until the day before I bought it. He sent pictures the same day I asked him to and addressed all of my questions and concerns in an expeditious manner. He was polite, friendly and did not ever make me feel like I was stupid or that I was taking up too much of his time- women are treated this way at times when it comes to buying anything with a motor, unfortunately. The day I purchased the bike, Rob was not working but the salesmen that assisted me with the paperwork and my questions (two of them, can’t remember names???) were also professional and helpful and I was told to please call them first if I had any problems at all with the bike, which was very reassuring. When the time came to load the bike, a young man named Connor (sp?) that works in the detailing department assisted me- he was polite and extremely patient and showed me exactly how to secure the ratchet straps and answered a few more general questions I had about the bike, then he helped me back up the trailer and turn it around. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!! Thank you!!

Talk about a place that has every bike type you could think of. Customer service was great. I came in on a Saturday traded my bike and got this Lovly RC51!! The place was busy but I was still able to leave that day with my bike. Thank you for all the help Rob

I purchased a 20 year old Harley sight unseen. It was a huge leap of faith. Cameron was salesperson that helped me. He was patient, courteous, and very quick to respond. I have ridden a few hundred miles with no significant troubles. The bike was nearly flawless - I was expecting a dusty bike with a dead battery when I went to pick it up from the shipper, on the contrary it appeared to be expertly detailed and started instantly. Being twenty years old and a very good price I was happily surprised with what I received. It was supposed to be delivered to Yuma AZ and I didn't have much confidence that it would arrive at Yuma in a timely manner. Also never could get anything other than a very broad estimate on delivery date, so I rented a trailer and retrieved it from the shipper's depot in Las Vegas. I'll probably buy another bike from them.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish! I noticed after taking delivery that the windshield bracket was broken. They sent me the replacement parts and made it right as rain. Even if it may have been the previous owner!

I would give bike selections and staff 5 stars and also customer service was also great. Great finance options. I put down payment and did paper work on the phone on 10/16/2021 and drove 16 hrs to pick up the bike it looked better person and got help loading it on trailer. 12/13/2021 still don’t have tags due to there 3rd party out of state tile company call them on 12/10/2021 and was informed that I wouldn’t be getting tags for at least other 30-45 days due to them not sending it to my local DMV. I believe I paid tags and tags already but still paying to try to my owe temp tags and paying to sending paperwork to 3rd party vin check. Just giving some to time if you want to ride right away or maybe it’s just the state I live in wouldn’t hesitate to buy here again.

Total homerun. From the salesman, MJ, all the way down to Chad, the delivery man, total professionals. Got a great bike at a fair price. Also very helpful part counter that fitted me with helmut and gloves !! Would definitely recommend giving these guys a look..

They have a good selection is the the only thing I can say I like. Went in to buy a bike met with 3 sales people first one rolled to face us in the chair said his name if you need anything let me know. Couldn't even get out if his chair not impressed Second guy was OK third guy I liked chose him to go with until the first guy cried and said he talked to us first when we were half way through the process of buying it. He kept constantly leaving to help other people didn't seem to have time for us even though he complained to get my sale. Second purchased the bike asked for them to deliver it hour away they said they didn't know the price no big deal hoped for free delivery but it's OK issue was I had to come back a few times to get it fixed wasted alot of gas went and got it this last time still rattling even though they said they fixed it not going to waste my time and try to have them fix it again and waste my gas driving back out here again. Shocks were at 0 psi when I got the bike and the bike had no gas in it plus just noticed the seal on the brake fluid reservoir is leaking.

Looking at purchasing my third bike from these guys. Awesome selection and prices. Staff are friendly and will do anything possible to make your purchase as easy as possible. If and when I'm ready for my 4th bike.....I'll be back. Thanks RT&T!

Ryan is the man you want to see there. No fooling around your in and out. The whole paper work process took us less then 20 mins including new plates I have got two Haley’s from them the price is very reasonable and no junk motorcycles. Would highly recommend 👍.ride safe 🏍

So, I left a review the day I received my bike from Road Track & Trail. It was a great review, and I am still very happy with my purchasing and shipping experience. However, after riding the bike for 2 days it has exhibited some issues. It died (lost all throttle power) in the middle of the road more than once, a very dangerous situation I might add. Riding fine for the first hour or so and then dying every 2 miles, leaving me stranded. I called Road Track & Trail's service department and was told that the elevation was affecting my carburetor, and it was an easy fix. That all I needed to do was take it in for a tune up. When purchasing, I was told that the bike would be completely serviced, and anything that needed done to make it road safe, would be done. The most dangerous issues were addressed and repaired, such as my throttle and clutch cables. After taking it to a Harley shop and a custom Harley mechanic, this morning to have the carb tuned, there are a lot of things that have been found. Such as incorrectly pieced together horn and coils, a dirty carburetor with vacuum cap issues, wires taped/hidden underneath other parts, incorrect coils that aren't even compatible with the bike, and more. Ultimately I was sold a bike that I was led to believe to be road safe, and it was not. I paid $5k for a wonderful bike, I don't love it any less. I would have purchased this bike again from Road Track & Trail knowing these issues were present. I wish that I would've been told of the carb needing tuned due to elevation before hand, and of these other issues as I assume they would've been found. This bike was in your service department for over a month. I now have to put more money into it in order to feel safe riding it. I hope my review helps you better your service department in the future! Thank you!

I purchased a Ducati Multistrada from RTT. Excellent price. Responsive salesman (Cameron). Unbeknownst to them (and me), one of the front brake calipers leaked at the bleed screw. I did not discover this until a week or so after I purchased it. I called and talked to Cody, the service manager, and explained the situation. We agreed on some things I should try before they would replace it. Did them to no avail. Cody stepped up immediately to get a new caliper through my local dealer and paid for the part and labor to install. No delays, no questions and no insinuation that it was my fault. All responses I have experienced at other dealers in my 30+ years of riding. I believe they inspect the motorcycles the sell thoroughly before releasing them to a customer. It's not that something won't go wrong, it's how the dealer responds when it does. RTT is punching above their weight in that regard. Remember that the next time you want to spend your hard-earned money on a used motorcycle. A special shout out to Moon Motorsports also. Dan, in their service department, worked with Cody to get this done smoothly and gave RTT and Cody professional consideration for pricing. This is how power sports is supposed to work. Looking for a dealer, pick one of these!

Bike delivered as advertised. Very helpful staff and smooth shipping process. They kept it simple, didn't waste my time and delivered. Bought remote and would do it again with road track & Trail.

After getting crapped on by another area motorcycle dealership that shall remain nameless, it was really nice to deal with RT&T. Good selection, clean bikes, nice peeps. Oh, and my bike is F'n amazing!

Purchased a 2019 ski Doo 600 ace dec 2 2021. Worked with Ricardo over the phone. He answered all my questions, send me photos of the 4 600 aces and gave me an honest assessment of each. When I made the 360 mile trip I was immediately helped and the purchase went smoothly. When I checked the sled out at home l, found the fuel gauge was not working. I called Ricardo and he sent me the part needed so I would not have to drive back and forth it's rare now days to receive such good service before and after the sale nowdays. I would not hesitate to purchase from road and track in the future.

Update: 2/15/21. Bike was delivered yesterday in sub-zero weather and could not be happier. Shipping was great to work with throughout the process coming from RTT to Colorado. Above all though is my shoutout to Ryan, the entire crew of RTT, and the ownership’s model for successful business - treat your customers well and sell at a fair price for both the business and their customers. I have been riding for 7 yrs now and I bought my 1st bike from here and upgraded from a 636 to a 1300 to my most recent purchase of a Suzuki Blvd. I can’t express how awesome the service and staff is at Road Track and Trail. Had a very good experience with RT&T. Mike O was my salesperson and he was very nice to work with. 2008 Goldwing is in great condition and I'm very happy with the purchase. There was a minor issue with the saddle bag latch which they fixed with no issues. I feel there price was very fair and they had the bike ready for pick up in a timely manner.

If you can't find a bike you love here, then there's something wrong with you. Fair prices, and they go through bikes thoroughly prior to resale. Just take your time, as tomorrow they'll have a bike you like even more!

Kayla was great. No pressure, no BS, no run around no negative experience, only respect and business. I emailed and spoke with Kayla a few times and it was great, it was an easy sale/purchase. I saw a 2013 ultra classic on line that I liked. It was a new arrival to their shop. I called Friday morning on Fourth of July weekend and told Mike I wanted to ride it home Saturday if it looked good in person. Mike made it happen. He called me back in a couple hours and told me it would be ready for my ride back to Indiana on Saturday.My wife and I arrived when they opened Saturday. Everyone in the place was helpful and friendly. I was on the road heading home on my new Harley at around noon. I am very happy with my experience with Road Track and Trail.

Cudos to the owner Nick for his professional leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction. I had a disappointing experience with the shop and voiced myself on this review site. He contacted me right away and is addressing the miscommunication where it started. I in turn learned a lot about purchasing long distance. I wrote a 1 star review about 3 weeks ago and within 2 days owner called and cleared things up, I talked to him about bike and he would look at it immediately' I was to call him back next day and make a deal, Unfortunately I had more medical issues and could not call him back so this was all on me . I hope we can deal in the future and deleted my previous review

Bit of a bummer. Harleys make noise but not that noise. Update... Got feedback from dealer. They said they took the bike out I was looking at and figured out the problem. There's only a couple problems with that I wasn't there looking at a bike my friend was and the first mechanic looked as dead in the eye and said Harleys make that noise in the lower end.My guess is they have no idea what bike we were looking at much less who I am. This really seems like an attempt to make themselves look good. Be very careful if you're going to buy a bike from them. Oh and by the way Harley's use solid gaskets not stuff that comes out of a tube. Take your bike to a certified mechanic you'd be much better off.

Purchased a 2013 Dyna from RT&T in May. I rode it 260 miles home on the first day and notice a very bad wobble about halfway through the ride. I called them and they came to me and picked the bike up to fix the issue. I didn't receive my new bike back until the first week in July. As frustrating as it was, the delay was clearly on parts delays due to covid. They were communicating with me about the issue and took care of it. The owner brought the bike back to me when it was ready. This issue could have been easily resolved before they sold me the bike if they had actually done a safety inspection and test ride... But overall a great purchase and I am happy with the deal. Rick was great and their Service manager Stephen was very transparent about fixing the issue. In summary, good place and they aren't immune to mistakes but at least they go out of their way to fix the issues. I would come back.

MJ was my salesman, great customer service, delt with him for a few weeks on 1 bike he was very patient, upon accually going to there i decided on another bike, which i now own and love it!! I purchased a bike on Jan 14th 2021 Here we are March 7 and I still do not have my bike. I missed the 2 events in which I originally purchased the bike for. When I wanted to finance I was told to just go to my local credit union ( I have great credit). The next day I decided to just purchase it outright which I did. I let a month go by before contacting Rick to get an estimate day of delivery in turn later that day he sent me a copy of the invoice that he must have done after I reached out for my bike to be picked up from them the following week. 5 weeks it took til my bike left the dealer. Now the hauling company as well is prolonging the delivery. *Update: I received my bike March 16th and man it was better than expected, I'm happy with it. Besides the unfortunate situation (things happen) with the delay of getting the bike shipped everything else was great. Purchase of bike was easy process and I'm in California, upon receiving the bike it was way clearer in person. I would definitely purchase again with better communication.

I bought 2 different motorcycles from this place. The first motorcycle I bought was an absolute lemon. The second motorcycle I bought turned out to have some issues as well. I took my first motorcycle back and the salesman I worked with didn’t even really give me a deal. I drove to road track and trail 6 different times in total for this one bike. I live about 50-60 miles away so the mileage adds up quick. I only had it for about 2 months and drove it only a hand full of times. The bike kept shutting off and had some major issues. RT&T “fixed” the bike 2 different times and it still resulted in the same problems immediately when i got home and drove it. Eventually, they took the bike back and offered me a refund, but didn’t really give me a discount on the new bike I picked out. I drove the new bike home and it seemed to run well. Less than a year later, this new bike has some issues that don’t come by doing regular maintenance. The bike shuts off randomly and stalls. The clutch was way tight, it has carburetor issues, and possibly some fuel line/gas tank issues. I only drive my bike on weekends for a joyride or a nice day during the week. I don’t use it as a daily commuter. RT&T doesn’t seem to inspect their motorcycles and do a standard tune up when they arrive. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle. They are not a trusted dealer in my opinion.

Purchased a 2000 Road King here in July. MJ went beyond normal to help me with the sale by a walk around video for me. ( I live 550 miles away). Had a minor problem with the bike a couple weeks later, that Cody took care of immediately, by the phone. RTT is a great place to make your powersport purchase! Thanks again for everything!!

You buy a used bike it can be daunting. And from a dealership even worse.here at road and track trail.you can count on being taken well care of Cody stepped up and made sure I was taken care of.Cody went beyond and made sure I was covered.he made sure I was taken care of.went out of his way to cover the small problems I had with my bike.cant say enough on how well I was treated by him. My experience was a good one with this dealership. On top of all this I'm from the north side of chicago, and would come back here for thier service n bikes.

Bought a bike here online, the sales experience was good. The salesman was efficient and got the job done. The bike was shipped to my location. Upon arrival, and unloaded, the bike will not start. The starter just spins. Charged the battery, and cleaned all the grounds and connections. Bike still will not start, starter just spins. I still have not heard this bike run, or had a chance to ride it. New starter on order. Not too impressed with a service department that would sign off on a bike with this issue. So now I’ve spent $180 on a new starter, for a bike I just bought, but I also get to spend 4 hours replacing the starter on a bike I haven’t ridden yet. Not the experience I was expecting. Edit: they have reimbursed me for the price of the starter. I’ve installed it and the bike starts fine now. Thank you for making this right. 👍🏻

My First time buying any vehicle online, so I was full of doubt. My salesman Ryan, got the shop work sheet and read to me..... the service done to the bike. Bike looked in good shape in the online pictures and the price was fair. With the price of diesel, the shipping was a bargain. I was told to expect 5-8 wks for delivery, which was understandable. Bike arrived yesterday (6 weeks) and I was pleasantly surprised. Bike was exactly as described online and over the phone. Pictures didn't do this bike justice...Bike is in very good condition. Bike started right up...... What a smooth transaction from start to finish and I will say my next used Bike will come from Road, Track and Trail. **edited to add** HaulBike was the shipping company that provided transportation. They continued the smooth transaction. My delivery man, Shaun, was very professional and a credit to his company. Shaun deserves a raise😁 Thank you gentlemen Bruce M

I would NEVER buy a bike from this place after how rudely that I was treated by one of the managers! I made an offer on a 2018 road glide special that was $900 less than the asking price. The manager was so rude to me in his response that I wouldn’t have even tried to negotiate with him. I ended up buying the same bike except for one year newer with fewer miles for the price that I offered road track and trail! I definitely feel like I dodged a bullet!

I bought a motorcycle sight unseen. Shipping was a little slow, but they were very honest/transparent about that from before I even sent the money. Purchasing process was easy and smooth. Here's the real rub - when I received the bike it had a dead battery and an unexpected tear in the seat. Stuff happens, and I get that, but IMO the way these things are handled is what makes companies great. Good "customer service" is easy when everything goes right. However, instead of having to "battle" with RTT if felt like they were on my team the whole time. They are sending me another battery and another seat. Such an awesome company. My next bike will be from there and will encourage my family (we are all riders) to do the same.

There is no better place to buy toys from! Road track and trail has the best inventory, the best prices, and most importantly the best customer service I have ever experienced. My Bride and I were in the market to trade in our ATV's for a UTV. Me being an AC guy back in my snow days was looking at the Wildcat XX. We went to look at a used one they had. But when we went inside there was a Brand new 2021! To the best of my knowledge no other Arctic Cat dealer has one on the floor! Our sales associate Camron was simply the best! No pressure no hovering just let us figure it out on our own. It really wasn't a hard decision to buy, it all came down to the trade-in. When we brought in the 2 ATV's they looked them over really good and met my price. The purchasing process was quick and simple. None of the "added" dealer costs, no hard sell on additional service contracts or warranties. We did do a cash deal mainly because the trade-in was very good. We are so happy with our experience there we have 0 buyers remorse! I can't say that about the "other" dealership where we got the ATV's!

I could write a book on all the good things this place will do for you. Let's start with buying my sled from the sales team. Tim was super helpful in every way and was fast to respond with answers to any questions you will have. I was in and out with my new sled in minutes. Next the service side. I had the worst case scenario happen with my sled breaking down while on a trip. Cody had me bring it back in and got it right into the shop to figure out what happened. He was always keeping up to date on what was going on. Him and his whole team went above and beyond to make me happy even when I wasn't being the friendliest person to deal with. I CANNOT say enough good things about these guys. Unfortunately for them I don't think I will shop anywhere else But Road Track and Trail.

Had a great buying experience. Tim was extremely thorough and helpful. We agreed over the phone and drove 2 hours to pick the bike up. It was just as advertised. Great group of guys. I'd highly recommend.

My salesmen Cameron made the entire process of buying this bike so easy. He explained so that i had no troubles. If you're looking to buy online, this is the place to do it. Great prices and great service.

Turn and burn kinda place. Salesman didnt seem to think there was anything wrong with selling a bike with 11 year old tires. "As long as there is no dry rot" was the response. I will not be shopping there LOL! Rule of thumb is about 7yrs for tires. If you guys change one tire because of my post great. Good luck to you!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience trying to work with this dealership. I called on January 21st 2022, and talked to Ryan to get some more information on a Road King Classic they had for sale. They did not have any information about the bike other than it was a 2001 Road King Classic but did provide me with dealer fee information and shipping cost since I am located out of state. They did not take any of my information at this time and I said I would call back if I decided to purchase. I did my own research on the bike with a vin check and everything came back clean. I called back on January 22nd 2022 to purchase the motorcycle. I was told it was still available and they transferred me to the sales department. When I was transferred to the sales department they asked who I previously talked to about the bike and I said Ryan and they proceeded to transfer my call. That happened twice and I was never transferred to Ryan. The last salesman took my information and said they would call me back in 10 minutes. I still have never received a call back. I have never had a company give me the run around when trying to purchase a vehicle for the full asking price.

I couldn’t have been happier. Rick Smith is an excellent and well informed salesman. The dealership is clean, packed with options, and the prices seem reasonable. They are efficient, professional and fairly conveniently located. They exceeded my expectations.

Ryan was able to arrange things so that the bike was ready for pickup when we arrived from out of state first thing Saturday morning! 10/10 would do business again!

Just wanted to highly recommend RTT and particularly Cameron at Sales. I bought my 2003 Vulcan 1500 Nomad, sight unseen, on eBay and with the thorough assistance of Cameron. He was professional, upfront, and truthful in the description of the bike. I had also asked for videos of the bike getting started too. Cameron also provided me with the Pre-delivery service done to the bike. He also arranged for Haulbikes as a trusted transporter to bring my bike from WI-NYC. Bike arrived within targeted date and clean and unblemished. In total, it was a top notch, hassle free, and seamless transaction in its entirety. Many thanks to Cameron and the entire team at RTT. Updated Review, Nick the owner is a VERY Standup guy. After having some issues trying to get the title to a motorcycle, he went. Above and beyond in making sure that I not only got the title, but offered to buy back the motorcycle after finding it was not quite what I was looking for. Alex, Jeremy and Tim are good guys as well. They are a business that I would NOT hesitate to use nor recommend as a dealership for buying a bike. Their prices are the best I’ve seen around the country!

Talked to Mike on the phone. Very pleasant and helpful. When I got to the store, WOW! What a selection. Most bikes in one store. Mike was right by the door ready to help. Knowledgeable on all the bikes.Only problem, now I have to decide between 5 bikes. Not an easy decision.

Greetings, I recently purchased a 2015 Can-Am Spyder f3s from Road Track and Trail in Big Bend Wisconsin. I currently live in Charlotte North Carolina and was slightly concerned about ordering a motorcycle that I did not see in person. I had an unbelievably positive experience with Road Track and Trail and the staff at that facility. Not only did they send me pictures, they were more than helpful on the phone and ultimately provided me with an awesome experience and a great bike. I had the bike shipped from their facility in Wisconsin to Charlotte and that process was painless. They used a company called Haulbikes that is also headquartered in Wisconsin and I received my bike 21 days after pick up. The bike was delivered in top notch condition ready to run with fluids and battery intact. Road Track and Trail did an excellent job representing the motorcycle that I purchased, they answered all my questions, they handled the shipping, and I received one great bike. I would not hesitate to purchase another motorcycle from Road Track and Trail and having it shipped to me at my location. They are a great team with great customer service. Thanks, BK

Alex made the process a lot easier and even sent me a video on request of the bike running. Everything was just as he described .. She is now sitting in my garage love this bike. My original review was one star due to several issues with the used Harley I purchased. After posting the review I received a phone call from Jeremy asking what they could do to make it right. After a short talk he offered to purchase the bike back and get me on a new bike to to fix the issues. He sent me pics of an option that he thought we be a good replacement and I agreed. Alex called the next day to let me know they had it all worked out and for the exact amount I originally paid and on a bike in better condition with less miles than the first. This company backs what they sell and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and them. I would recommend Road Track and Trail to anyone wanting a dealer that backs what they sell.

Great selection of motorcycles and fair pricing. Had a great experience with my salesman Tim. They assisted loading and securing the motorcycle on my trailer. I had one issue after getting the bike home, and Cody in the service department went above and beyond to take care of the issue even after the sale. I would highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a motorcycle, snowmobile or ATV!

I bought a 07 rmk for $4000. got it back to my house and had issues so I called them and they said to bring it to my local dealership. Coates 950 dollars in repair and they paired for the whole bill. Handled the situation incredibly well. Would 100% recommend this place. Great people.

I bought a used 2015 Tiger 800 XRx through Damien back in January and have thoroughly enjoyed it, added several accessories and been taking it moto camping! Damien was easy to work with and it was a great sale experience over all!

I bought my 1st bike from these guys, very nice people very friendly huge bike selection very knowledgeable. They have something to ride on whether it's for the road, the track, or the trail. My bike had a small issue about 2 weeks after having it they came to tow it immediately but ended up fixing it on the spot. I would advise anyone to go and check them out you won't be disappointed. AND NO I DON'T WORK FOR THEM I AM A CUSTOMER JUST TELLING THE TRUTH.

I bought a bike and they said it was inspected. The rear brakes were bad, the gas gauge wasnt properly reading(I ran out of gas on a ride and it said i had a half tank) and the rear tire was cupped so bad that the bike vibrated. I was happy with the service i recieved but not happy with the "inspection" and the the way the bikes sit on the floor. If its on the floor, it should be good to go. I dont think i would buy from them again.

SHOULD BE 5 STARS. Honestly a killer selection, very good pricing, friendly non-invasive staff. Gear is a bit on the HJC side and not the Arai side but it is what it is. I dislike giving poor ratings but...I went with the serious intention of test riding and buying a motorcycle. An older high mileage bike ~$7k. Rode my own bike 3hrs (round trip) for the sole purpose of riding and buying this one single bike, I was not window shopping. The dealer said you must FULLY COMMIT to a purchase before TEST RIDING. I'm a seasoned licensed rider with full gear, not some squid cager. Definitely lost a customer and a sale today. This place could easily achieve an appropriate 5 star review.

I bought a used motorcycle from here. I drove 4 plus hours from Minneapolis for what I felt was a good price on what I was buying. They were very friendly over the phone and had me in and out in under 30min for a bike purchase. Very cool! Two nice young guys from the dealership loaded and strapped my bike to the trailer which put my mind at ease for the journey home. Thanks for everything, love the new Beamer!

I bought a used Goldwing from RT&T sight unseen. This is not the way I normally buy a bike but was looking for a particular bike that RR&T had in stock. They were very professional and took numerous pictures. I was very pleased when the bike arrived and would definitely recommend buying from this company.

I was scared about getting a bike that was so far away I’m from nc but after reading the reviews and how ppl got just what they wanted with out ever seeing it first I decided to fly down to get it and it was so much better of a bike then they said I was beyond happy with them and the bike I drove it straight home 14 hrs and 900 miles with no problem if I ever want another one I will go to them I was working with Ryan he helped me with all my questions thanks again y’all r the best

long story short I live 7+ hours away, bought a used sled last year and was having some issues with temp light coming on. Cody (service manager) took care of an expensive repair and also because it was tore apart fixed some other minor things at no expense to me (other than travel). Understanding I bought the sled "as is" they could've denied responsibility and passed the repair expense on to me. Cody had top notch customer service and would recommend Road Track Trail!

I wish I had a better experience, I came here looking to test ride a bmw and I was seriously considering purchasing. When I arrived there was one other customer in the showroom also looking at the same bike. I walked around the showroom for over 10 min was not greeted or talked to by anyone. I heard the other customer ask “do you guys have any service records for this bike?” And the salesman responded “HAH we’re not THAT kind of dealership”. Very disappointed that I was completely ignored. I won’t be recommending anyone to shop here. You guys lost out on a sale. Off to the BMW dealer!!

I will definitely be doing more business here,bought a sled off them that happened to blow a gasket 5 miles into riding it. These guys proceeded to do over a $1k in work/parts to make it right(which they were not obligated to do). Beyond that I was given updates throughout the process,even suggested cheap updates that could be done while the engine was already open. I was back on the trails alot faster than I expected. Thanks again guys!

Buyer beware! Drove 5 hours to see a motorcycle. I specifically asked if the bike is worth the drive. I walked around the bike, scratches everywhere, touch up paint. After further digging the bike was in an accident. I found this out. Dealership did not disclose this to me. Salesman would not budge on price. Do your research folks, there’s a reason why they have a lot of 1 stars reviews. Salesman was perfect stereotype of a salesmen. They’re selling lemons! Edit / owner called me to apologize for poor experience. Owner made things right. Made my review 3 stars because owner followed up with me same day.

Buddy recently bought a bike from there, had a few minor issues since then. Cody the service manager was very fair and prompt in getting these repairs made. It's good to see a dealership stans behind what they sell and their work. Highly recommended.

Purchased a motorcycle online from pictures. I’m over a 1,000 miles away and purchasing an expensive item like this online can be stressful. My salesman was Tim and he did a great job from start to finish. Once I made the decision to purchase Tim sent me all the needed paperwork to sign. The package was complete and well marked, super easy to fill out. Tim offered to have the bike shipped to me at a great price as well. I was in a hurry and found my own shipping company that could do it quicker. In the end I didn’t save much time but paid more for the transportation. I should have just let Tim handle this as well. I got the bike and I must say I was very pleased. The condition was actually better than my expectations. Tim was spot on with the description. I guess you expect some things to be missed or not as good as expected but in this case everything was on point. I couldn’t be happier with the motorcycle. I realized I was missing the spare keys, books, and service records. I called Tim and he said he would look into it and call me back. He called me back almost instantly told me he had located the missing items and would mail them to me. 2 days later I had everything in my hands. Overall it was an exceptional experience. This company is trustworthy and Tim is an asset to the company. Great job guys thank you!

At first I had mixed emotions about this place as in the beginning it was always difficult to get someone to assist as they are always so busy.My boyfriend ended up buying a harley (which he absolutely loves by the way). Anyhow, it quit while he was in traffic not even 2 weeks later. He called them up and within 45 mins. Chad was there to pick up the bike without hesitation and it was almost closing time I might add. Although he did not have to get the bike towed the guy chad showed him what was wrong and he was able to continue his ride. This to me said alot! I would difinately recommend Road Track and trail. Also, if I might add- I too was going to purchase a bike from here Rick gave me a great price it just so happend I found one someplace else I liked a little better. However, I am telling anyone I know looking to purchase to go to them! Thanks again.

I went in to look at a couple bikes and was greeted by the staff as soon as I walked in. Tim answered all of the questions I had on two of the bikes and I decided to finance one of them. Tim also had the mechanics look over the bike and check the fluids while I was working with Travis on the finance. Travis also answered all of my questions and went over and explained everything on the finance paperwork and even recommended some insurance agents for me . I will definitely be shopping at road track and trail in the future
