Until 2 days ago I had been a tenant of a residential building that Outlook manages. I've lived in the building for many years, and never had any problems dealing with the management. They have always been very easy to work with, communicative, and friendly. Any requests for repairs were handle promptly. They even worked with me to find a replacement tenant in a short amount of time when I needed to move out a month before my lease was to terminate. No complaints here!

I have worked with Paul Smith and Jessica for 3 years and they are an awesome team. When ever I have an issue or a problem, I can reach out to either of them and they respond very quick with my solution or they will let me know when they will get back with me and it's almost always that same day. I enjoy being a member of Ironwood's family of tenants.

I have worked with Deb Eckel for several years as their outside Account Rep. Deb and the staff are extremely professional and I have enjoyed working with them. It is a very well organized company. I would highly recommend Outlook for anyone looking for a high quality management group.

This is my first experience being in a condo and working with a management group. I have to say it’s been wonderful! Emails and requests are immediately addressed. We recently had issues with flooding In our area from storms and Debbie was immediately on sight inspecting issues and getting everything answered and resolved.
