Chase Bank Janesville Rd, Muskego

I went to the Muskego Branch today at 2:00 to do a simple ATM transaction. I had an issue and waited for help. I waited 10 minutes and had to sit down in a chair by the loan officers. I need an ankle replacement and can't stand for long. The loan officers were finally done and went to the people that came in after me. I said I needed help and the one said I'll be with everyone shortly. Neither of them said anything to me. I waited a total of 25 minutes and finally left. I drove to the New Berlin Branch 5 miles away. I am so done with Chase Bank after banking at that location for 50 years. Why they got rid of tellers and a drive through is totally annoying. Now transferring all my accounts to a different Muskego bank.

Made an apt to close my dads account and create an estate account, showed up to apt and they didn’t know/had the wrong time. I had to drop off the paperwork to come back later. Now 3 months later when about to do probate- get the account balance to find out they never transferred the money into the estate/closed his account through legal

What kind of a bank is this? No cash transactions, no coin and despite the fact that they have a drive through you have to go into the lobby to make a check deposit? During a Pandemic? It appears that this Chase Branch is not concerned about the health and safety of their customers or employees. Oh, and no cash in the ATM. I would give this bank a negative rating if Google allowed it. You can not post your review unless you give a least a one star rating. This it the worst customer service possible. The typically bank customer would be making a deposit or requesting cash. You have no cash? Are you sure you are a bank? Why are you even open?

Not sure if this new layout is some sort of Chase test or something, but it’s awful. Just go to a different chase because this one is a lost cause.

I have banked with this bank for 40 years went to make a payment and there is no ATM outside have to go into the lobby during business hours to do business with another ATM. This will not work for me it is time to find a bank that (Services my needs.)

I had a great interaction with this site. The employee, Chloe, I interacted with great. She was knowledge and did not waste my time and provided multiple solutions for an issue I was having and waited until I was satisfied. I wish I had an interaction like this every time I go to bank glad this Chase site did just that.

Reason there was no ATM is because some Yahoo tried to steal the old one by pulling it out with a chain. However, it did take a more than reasonable amount of time to get a new one and their new layout is subpar. In addition, every time I call, no one answers so feel there is opportunity for improvement. Place is the size of a double-wide trailer so maybe a rebuild or expansion is due. Giving 3 stars based on these facts.

Total waste of time. Is zero stars an option? Used to be a real bank. Now it's a cash machine only. Please close this location and sell the property to someone that can do something here. Have to go to New Berlin to do anything. Closing our accounts.

Disappointed in Muskego Chase’s changes. No easy way to take out money or to deposit money. Have to go to the New Berlin location now. Upsetting. Thinking about changing banks due to the new inconveniences.

They stopped counting change about 5 years ago, now they don't have an ATM. Apparently these services are too much to ask for from the biggest bank in the US. I'm moving my accounts to a small local bank.
