Our closing date happened to coincide with what I suspect was a long overdue vacation for Israel’s family, and he was available on vacation to address a last minute issue and save our closing on the date before our rate lock was set to expire. Israel of R Mortgage is a rock star! When we were searching for our new home I was referred to Israel so I gave him a call. During our initial call he spent an hour or better explaining the the lending process. It was at that point I realized I had the right guy for the job. Fast forward to the loan process. We were given a very tight deadline amidst Covid-19 but that did not phase Israel. Midway through the process with less than two weeks from closing we had to do some restructuring. Not only did Israel explain all of the steps involved, he completed everything without any closing delays. I can't say enough great things about how he handles his business and clients. Top notch.
