I have been working with RL Title & Escrow for awhile now. I have done more than 25 deals with them & I can’t say enough great things about this title company. I have worked with other Title companies in the past but none of them come close to the level of service Amir & his staff do for my clients. They go above & beyond to help us have a smooth transaction. I will always recommend them & talk about the level of professionalism and care they put into each one of their transactions.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Amir and Barbara were tasked to takeover when another Title company consistently missed deadlines. They were challenged with getting the deal settled from search to closing within a week. This was not a typical transaction and had many moving parts yet they were always responsive, courteous and professional. I have a little experience in the Title business so I know how impressive their service was. Highly recommended.

We used RL Title & Escrow to close on our first home in September 2015. Amir, the attorney who worked on our closing, was incredibly available and approachable. He guided us through the title insurance and survey process before the actual closing, and promptly returned all of my calls and e-mails. At the closing itself, which took place at his office in Tyson's Corner, he was professional and efficient. It was clear that he had reviewed all the documents with a fine-toothed comb well in advance. Our closing went flawlessly because of his hard work, but I have no doubt that if anything had gone wrong he would have been able to handle it. Our real estate agent and our loan officer both commented that this was one of the easiest closings they had ever been a part of, and that Amir was best closing agent they had ever worked with. I recommend RL Title & Escrow to all of my friends and will without question use them on my next home purchase as well.

My favorite settlement company! As a REALTOR in the DMV I can always call R&L. They come to various locations if closing at office is not convenient for the clients. Always an A+ experience!
