I can’t speak highly enough about Pruitt Title. My wife and I used them for our refinance on our home and the experience was exceptional. From the second we walked in they were very welcoming and attentive to us. During our brief wait they made sure we were comfortable. I just recently had the opportunity to work with Pruitt Title on our closing. This company came highly recommended by our realtor, who swears by them and uses them for all of her home sale transactions. I really got to see how great of a settlement company this is when we received our clear to close on December 19th. We were originally supposed to close on January 7th and upon our request to close early, before the holidays, Pruitt worked overtime to get our file ready in 3 days (including a Saturday and Sunday), so we could close two plus weeks early on Monday, December 23rd. It was a super easy process and the staff there accommodated us every step of the way. They are professional, accommodating, and most of all reliable.
