Riverview Community Bank Ne Halsey St, Portland

Riverview can do just about anything the bigger banks can, but with a much more personal, local touch. I've known the bank manager, Larry Schwartz, for over a year now and can say he is a man of great integrity. He cares about both his clients and the community at large.

I have banked with Riverview Community Bank for several years now and am very pleased with the personal service their friendly personnel provide and with the products they provide. They've always been great about notarizing documents for me and my (Senior Advantage) checking account has no monthly fee associated with it. The online banking platform includes web based bill pay which saves time, effort and stamps.

Personable, funny, professional .... I highly recommend Larry Swartz! He treats you like a good friend , not just a client and can handle all of your Banking needs.

Amazing place. Have been with this bank since high school and I love them. Dean always remembers me and the staff are always welcoming and friendly.

They still smell rustic and traditional though. ATM screen had a big bug on it tonight. His name is Ted. He really bugs me.

Love the employees but the bank is Horrible! Will constantly overdraw you're account and charge you for being overdrawn. I owe $120 in pure overdraft fees . They will give you one overdraft fee cancellation and that's it. When you use your bank card, it does not show on your account .. it will wait a bit then start taking it out at a later time, yet you think your in the safe zone when your in deep sand. Save your time and the headaches. I do not recommend this bank.

When last manager Dean was at this location this institution was the best of the best, with Dean gone this location had the worst customer service especially the new manager Larry. No matter how many years of experience you may had you don't have any right to hang up a call or to make it personal. This Person need to practice Customer Service.

Tried to get to my account to do the online banking and there is a total different web page. It will not let me get into my banking account it directs me to all other banks and places that I don't even want to go. All I want is to be able to get into my account in Vancouver Wa. like I was able to a few days ago.

Branch Manager, Larry Schwartz is very involved in the community and has earned his place as a trusted referral to my friends and clients!
