I cannot say enough about how much Shelly has helped me through every aspect of my banking. From getting loans for my vehicles, to moving money, to fixing an issue I had with my debit card, which was btw 100% my fault, she is my goto and always helps me! I appreciate all she does to make my banking experience pleasant and successful!

My experience with Riverfall Credit Union in Northport, Alabama is more than excellent. The staff there is extremely courteous and will go out of their way to try to help you. They are quick and efficient with transactions and very open about what they are doing if you have any questions. The management there is second to none as far as I am concerned. There have been multiple occasions when I needed her specific help and she has always come through with the help that we needed. She has taken the time to know most of her customers personally which in my opinion is the best way to go when dealing with the public. I have to give this site and staff a 25 star selection when it comes to me and my family.
