River Edge Title Agency LLC Central Ave, Island Heights

We used this title agency for closing on our first home and had a superb experience. I am shocked at some of the negative reviews. Then again, when I look at reviews, I don't put much stock into someone who is apparently a "professional", but writes something full of grammatical errors. Anyways... As I was saying, we had a great experience with River Edge. They were both very thorough and quick which is not a common combination. They went above and beyond for us with all of the paperwork. Then at closing, the agent who came was absolutely wonderful as well. He was well prepared, very professional (was grammatically correct lol), and he had a great sense of humor. Having him at the closing of our first home made it more fun. I would highly recommend using this place. Oh, I should add that a few months later we received a small refund check from them because they slightly overestimated a charge. I think it's thoughtful and very honest of them to have sent this check. I mean, it's not like we would have ever known that this happened, but they still refunded the small difference. Thank you to all of you at River Edge Title Agency who helped make closing on our home such a smooth and joyous experience!

Talking about your agency is wasting few minutes of my precious time, but I dont want someone else to suffer just like I did, so for all of the folks who are not aware of what you guys are, one of the worst agencies I have seen/worked with. If someone tells me they are closing with you, I would ask them to run for their life. You guys are terrible. I think I am gonna be afraid of this name for the rest of my life... Basic idea of how a settlement statement is generated based on immigration laws and IRS laws. I would want to erase your agency from my memory forever, coz your thought gives me goosebumps. I had no choice but to give a 1/5, have I had a choice that would be a -5/5.

its just outdated place. Old place. Need invest more money to give client space to breath. I took client there for closing few times. they told me its very tight space and old style. so what my client said I am just writing it. Customer service is great. it just place is old and need to have it remodel.
