Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

Honestly? MASSIVELY disappointed in their so-called customer service. I went in today with a friend of mine to deposit his check into my account. Didn't think there was an issue with it as I've done this before at a different bank with my mother when I didn't have a bank account and needed my work checks cashed. Apparently BoA doesn't do that anymore. Okay, no problem. But when I asked questions about it because I didn't know this changed, I was not only basically dismissed but the other teller actually leaned over with an attitude about it spoke on behalf of ALL banks and treated me like I was stupid. Frankly, I now want to close my account and switch banks entirely. Maybe instead of belittling your customers, you can engage with them in a positive and educational way and then MAYBE the reviews of this store will improve. I do NOT recommend this branch to anyone.

It is imposible to reach out to this location on the phone. Imposible to reach to customer service and talk live to someone. Terrible. No local number, only 1-800 and complete torture to get somebody. Shame!!!!!!

Literally the WORST bank and branch. Came here a few times, because it is the only BOA close to me. Tried to cash a check from a business, was told that they are not allowed to cash checks over a certain limit for non BOA customers. Knowing that is a lie, I called BOA main line and they told me the same thing. Every single teller here is rude, nasty, and straight out lies when they do not feel like doing something. I have to have a screenshot of BOA info pulled up on my phone when I go here to catch them in the lies they tell. Since Covid, the entire branch has been shut down, expecting everyone to use the ATM. What kind of bank does that? Every other company is open and has been. BOA is seriously the worst bank. Has been for awhile. Thank God I do not bank with them.

The teller was very rude to me when I cashed a check here. I have a business and personal account with bank of america. I got stuck with this bank a while ago because old employer used them so I switched to bofa with direct deposit and I have to say pnc, santander, and citibank offer better service. I am not ready to go full digital with my cash and banking as bofa would like. Also the bank is old, dark, and out dated. I will never know why they closed the branch next to the police station (seems ideal spot for a bank duh) the other branch was much nicer looking too.

On 11/07/17 I used the drive thru. Only 1 lane was open. Only one car was ahead, still not done. When it was my turn NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY TELLER CALL, OR EVEN POLITELY SAY "Sir I will be right with you." NOTHING! I went inside of the branch. She said she was the manager. She stated that BOA is trying to get it's customers to use mobile banking and ATM's and that branch personnel will be phased out! I was now very agitated, said she would take care of it. She gave it to a teller that was with a customer. She was foolish to try to humiliate me by saying "Go to the front of the line." This annoyed the others in line. I immediately corrected her saying she was NOT MAKING ME FIRST! I was already 1st outside! The teller finished my transaction. Leaving she had the stupidity saying "Thank you for your feedback." Well here it is!

Two well dressed bank employees were standing around at the door, trying to land the big fish (customers) as they enter. Then a long line for the teller, who appears to be the only one working again.

I went to open a savings account, right away Danielle came up to assist me. she was very kind and sweet talked me through everything, we decided it would be best for my situation to open up a debit account first. The process was very simple and I would 100% recommend her!!

Was told “the rules have changed” and I needed an appointment to sit down with someone to take money off a prepaid debit card, never had to do this before and just went up to the teller to do it at this location two weeks prior as I usually do without an issue. Went to another location later on in the day and the teller did it for me no problem.

They closed the drive-through tellers. They rarely have more than two or three tellers working inside. Be prepared to wait in line for 15 to 20 minutes. I think they have something like eight possible desks for tellers but never fill them. Seems like they staff too many people for the offices as they just stand around and doing nothing while a 20 minute line forms. Hate this bank.

Thank you for your help with opening a joint account . Me and my husband were not “easy” customers, but our bank clerk, her name is Lucia, she did a great job! She explained everything clearly , politely , even though we felt bad that we took so much of her free time . She was super nice ! I recommend this location to everyone .
