Went there to get a front end alignment they said they would call me with an estimate, never call me

Micky and his staff worked on our boat and wave runner. They did a good job on repairing our boat but after they took our boat out for a test run their staff didn't adjust motor correctly. when we picked it up and took it for a run we quickly noticed it and brought it back to them. They fixed the issue but charged us for them not doing their job correctly the first time. Also they had our wave runner for over half a year. When we had initially dropped it off we were told that it wouldn't take that long to get it running. To be fair we let our wave runner sit for a long time and let it go so I know they had some work to do, but every time I called in about it I always go the receptionist telling me that their tech Gavin would call me back which he never did. The only time he would call back was when I would tell the receptionist that you always say that and he never returns phone calls. Also it seemed as though they put their personal racing before the customers. A lot of times when I called Micky and the team were out town for another race competition. Our Wave runner never got fixed, they just told us to come by and pick it up because they cant fix or wont fix it. We got the wave runner back with the carburetor in worse condition. Needless to say their way of doing business sucks. We found someone to clean the mess they made with our wave runner and we will never be bringing our business back

We were on the road for a road trip and passing through. They had us back on the road in 20 minutes for our ac repair. We appreciate it so much! Thank y’all! Great owner and workers!

Gavin Snider the shop manager is the best guy ever , cant beat the customer service and straight up on time frame and prices. Wont take my truck or boat to anybody else ever.

It’s pretty uncommon these days to find a mechanic shop that does honest work for an honest price. These guys are professional in every way. Every time I called they answered the phone with courtesy, never once had a bad attitude. They fixed my boat beyond what they needed to. I recommend this mom and pop shop over any dealership everyday. I’ll be returning for all my mechanical needs thanks guys.

Needed a new receiver put on my trailer and an electrical issue handled. It's my work trailer so I needed it back quickly. Got it done a day earlier than quoted.
