Chase Bank Alamo Ranch Pkwy, San Antonio

Today I went to open a checking account and from the moment I went in I was welcomed and taken care off. The person that assisted me was Mike Aguirre and let me just say that his people skills, patience and work ethic is one of the best! From what I saw today, it seems that most of the workers there are more than happy to assist you with your needs.

Amazing place. The staff here are so kind and patient and I truly appreciate that. I usually come during the morning and there is either no line or a 1 person line. Some staff also speak Spanish which is an added bonus.

Not here! Bank where there are actual PEOPLE not machines. Research other banks or credit unions and open an account.

Nobody ever picks up the phone here!

I'm not a Chase customer but had to deposit some money for someone. The staff was really helpful and curteous.

This bank is the worst bank in SA hands down. Good luck getting any help they will always push you to the side cause they are booked and busy. Then to top it off when you get frustrated enough to ask to speak to the manager of the bank who's name is mike he doesn't even help he just pushes you to the side also! They claim to take your information down to help at another time but you'll never receive a call or anything to help! You won't get an apology from this bank either for the horrible customer service. Mike shouldn't be managing a bank if it's this horrible

My dad is banking with them for his business he went in to try to deposit money from his account to someone else and the person there just said they couldnt do that and didnt even explain how he could do it just because he doesnt speak english well
