Edna Goyang is a remarkable lady! She was so helpful. She listened to me. I shared personal things with her. She handle everything with grace . She was patient, professional, fun and understanding. She made sure I was taking care of before leaving. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Her customer service was fantastic!!!

I have to say I had a very pleasant experience going inside the SSFCU branch today. I only needed to take care of one thing and instead I was able to cash in on some rewards points that I didn’t even know I had. I also upgraded my credit card to gain even more points on things I was already going to buy. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything I didn’t fully understand. Amorie Silva was awesome! She helped us open a checking account, credit card, auto loan, and helped with mortgage issues. She was very patient with us, we received great service and enjoyed our time with her at the same time.

I went to this security service today around 2:30 and the lady at the front desk was so rude! I went in and said “hi, I’m interested on a credit line” AND I SWEAR SHE SAID UGHH YOUR NAME…” so I’m thinking to myself maybe she didn’t say that I’m tripping right? So we proceeded and I ask a couple of questions and she answers with just moving her head with a straight face to my questions, Because I guess it’s so hard to say yes or no. Anyways I left saying “sorry if these are stupid questions but I’m asking because I don’t know thank you bye.” She just made me feel so dumb … I just ended up leaving I wish I got her name. Idk girl if you don’t like your job find a new one (:

I have had an account with security service since i was 16 which is a looong time! Sure they can have their ups and downs but so far they have taken care of me mire often than not so i have a tad of loyalty towards them. Hopefully I have good things to say about them for years to come.

I went into this branch after I lost some vital information when my vehicle was broken into. I had to close my account and open a brand new one. I have had the same account for over 20 years so I had not had to go through this process for a very long time. I had the pleasure of working with Priscilla M. and she was incredible. She explained everything to me and was very professional. The process was not quick but she took her time explaining everything to me as we went. She also made some great recommendations on the services that were offered to me by SSFCU that I could take advantage such as the insurance comparison service and the in branch financial advisor. It was an all around great experience and just reminded me why I have been a member of SSFCU for 23 years.

I went to the drive thru and told Brittany I want $10.00 and $10.00 in quarters. I see her face n the screen. She gives me a twenty five minutes later. I push the call button 3 times before she answers. I told you what I wanted. She says ," Oh, it wasn't me it was another Brittany. Five minutes later with her attitude she gives me the $. I said let me speak to ur manager, and five minutes later Christopher the manager says you should go to the ATM next time and quit bothering us

I went into Security Service looking for a small personal loan and was helped by Edna. She was very professional and courteous and walked me through every step of the process. I was in and out in about 30-45 min. Everything went quickly and she made the experience very enjoyable as a whole. If ever I need to return for any similar situations, I will definitely return to this same location, with hope that I will be assisted by Edna.
