    I worked with Alicia and she made my car buying experience painless. She got me in the car I wanted, when I wanted. Also, much respect to the Rick Roush dealership for not marking up the Accord 2.0T I bought, as most dealers in the area were marking it above sticker. This is highly frowned upon by consumers and I think Honda should penalise dealers who do so. When this markets gets back to normal, I’ll remember what dealers wanted me to pay over stick for the car I wanted. Rick Roush in Medina was not one of them, and for that, I’ll come back to them for my next Honda.

    Fantastic service! Caleb is very knowledgeable and helped me to better understand what was going on with my car. He explained everything in a way that made sense and took the time to make sure he answered all my questions. The employees here are fantastic, and Tony is a great technician. He makes sure everything is done correctly and he is very efficient. Would definitely recommend this place. These guys are the best!

    Alicia helped my wife and me to obtain an hybrid vehicle. This is my first new car. She was kind. She kept us informed during the building process of the vehicle. Every Monday she sent me an updated about it. And when the vehicle arrived to the dealership She sent me a photo and the good news. And finally she shows us how to used it and configured for us our keys and seats preferences. She's dedicated to the customers and take the extra mile for help the clients. I tried a couple of dealership before this one and they ignored me. But in this dealership Alicia invite us to sit down and showed us options and opportunities. Thank you Alicia.     Would no longer recommend. Bought two cars here in the past. Tried to buy a car here today. They asked us to put down a $500 nonrefundable deposit on a car being built. Only way to get deposit back was if we didn't like it after the test drive. We agreed to this. The the "Manager" changed the deal. Now it was non-refundable regardless of wether we liked it after test drive or not. Pretty shady in my opinion. Won't do business here again. Salesman was fine, their manager is unreasonable. Bye!

    In a market where cars are hard to come by, Alicia not only found and delivered my car to me, she made the entire process seamless. She was always available to answer questions and gave constant updates on my car buying status. As someone who is not local to area and had to travel a good distance, everything was prepared as soon as I arrived and I was in and out the door in no time.     Visited Rick Roush Honda last Saturday after visiting the Kia dealership up the road. Alicia greeted us in the lot as we were eying the Honda Civics and was amazing throughout the buying process. In today's weird world there are no new cars on most lots, but here we found almost as good - a spotless 2019 Honda Civic with only 17K miles. Alicia was no pressure, super friendly, and made us feel like she was on our side in the car buying/trade experience. Then, Juliana made the financing and signing process painless. I'd recommend Alicia and Rick Roush Honda to anyone looking for a car.

    I came up recently to get some transmission fluid for my vehicle and Austin in the parts sections was there and he was very helpful and friendly. I also needed a few bolts for a transmission mount and he was able to give me a diagram of all the mounts.

    I had a great experience buying a new HR-V from Rick Roush Honda. Due to Covid-19 disrupting the global supply chain, new cars were in limited supply. While other dealers are taking advantage of this and jacking up the price thousands of dollars over MSRP, this dealership did not. I appreciated their integrity. I stopped in for a test drive, and my salesman Tom Kowal was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the car, showed me the car's features and answered all my questions. He was helpful without being pushy. Over the years I have purchased a number of cars, but this was the first car buying experience that I actually enjoyed. Thank you.

    We bought a pre certified 2018 Honda CR-V with less than 20k miles. First week of ownership, the vehicle broke down. It would not start. We took it back to the Roush dealership to have it the issue looked at. They would not pay for a car rental. They diagnosed the issue as a bad battery. We picked the vehicle up from dealer to find less than a week later the same issue. They gave us a rental this time. It took them a week to “ diagnose” the problem. Now they said the system needed updated. (Why wasn’t all this done before the vehicle was sold) I figured it was just a fluke and just went on with my holiday season to be stranded again in the cold with our 3 year. After requesting that they put us in a different vehicle, because they obviously can’t fix the issue. They told us to not come back to their dealership. Roush family does not care about the safety of your family and will not stand behind their work done at service. They will spin you out the door until you take your vehicle to a different Honda dealer to deal with their problem.

    Bought a 2019 Ridgeline Black Edition here three years ago. At 65,000 miles (5,000 miles outside the warranty), it started having problems. Took it to another Honda dealer because it was a 5 week wait for an appointment at Rick Roush. Spent $480.63 at the other dealership but the problem returned the next day. Rick Williams (salesperson who is great and VERY knowledgeable) got me into the service dept. at Rick Roush. The service dept. explained that the truck needed a new transmission and the cost would be $7,601.77. I know that Rick Roush did NOT manufacture the truck, but I am VERY surprised that they weren't willing to work with me on a new transmission for a 3 year old truck.

    Wow! I am very impressed with the customer service at Rick Roush Honda, especially Greg Crean. We've all grown accustomed to shipping delays and accepted that there isn't much we can do about it. Well, not Greg and his team. When my order was delayed, Greg kept me informed about the shipping status. When it looked like my order wasn't going to arrive before my upcoming vacation, they had 2 backup plans in place to ensure that my vacation wasn't impacted by the order delay. It would have been easier (and completely understandable) to just tell me the order wouldn't be delivered in time. I mean, there's nothing they can do about it! Instead, they went to great lengths to find me a solution (at no cost to me)! I highly recommend Greg and his team! Expect nothing but a great experience!

    Wow!!! If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I absolutely would for my amazing experience at RR Honda. Alicia A, my salesperson, was incredible. I’ve had many different cars through the years, and this was by far my best experience. She just has a way of making you feel at ease during the whole process (which isn’t always easy when you buy a car). I felt so well informed the whole way. The entire process only took a couple of hours. She introduced me to and helped me fall in love with a Champagne Honda Accord! I’m so happy with my purchase. I’ve had luxury cars in the past, and this one is my new favorite. Those luxury car sales people have nothing on Alicia. I’m so happy I’m sending her my parents to buy cars from her as well!     I have an update to my review below. We received a call from the dealership with a phone number to call because they do not have a connection to this service. We will be contacting this number and have since purchased AAA as we needed to get our car started and by Sunday it was clear no one was coming from Honda Roadside Assistance. Being a Honda owner for more than 15 years this was very disappointing and a real concern on what would happen if we were on the road .---The Honda Roadside Assistance is the biggest disappointment. We have waited 5 hours and multiple phone calls , saying someone was on their way in 2 hours then 4 hours then at the fifth hour they basically said they are not considering a battery a emergency and no one is coming. If the first person would have been up front and honest we would not have wasted all of this time waiting to have to call someone else. This has been very frustrating and now I know who not to call when I have a emergency with my Honda.

    I was having an issue with my steering wheel shaking at 40Mph and up, 2 different shops couldn’t figure it out, I was told to speak with Jim Klotz at Rick Rough Honda I explained the problem I was having and he was super helpful and said he would have Tony one of his technicians look into it and I couldn’t have asked for more I seriously thought I would dump a bunch of money into it and still find I’m having the same problem but the problem was found and solved what was driving me nuts for over a month and 2 other shops letting me down Tony solved my problem in no time at all! Appreciate Rick Williams for doing fair business with customers while other dealers are quoting 1000 bucks additionally due to the demand however Rick maintained the same price. ( Fair Business ) 2. Appreciate Rick Williams for sharing prompt and most realistic information about the car deliveries and patching up Darcy immediately when vehicle is available. Alicia started back in August of this year in providing me information to help me determine whether I wanted to lease, buy or consider another option.     On my way back to Columbus from Cleveland, I ran over a board with nails. My low pressure tire came on and I proceeded to the nearest exit. Fortunately I found Rick Roush Honda and asked for assistance without an appointment. John Gaffney (Service Advisor) jumped into action, looked at my tire and got a technician to start working on it immediately. They had me patched up and back on the road within 30 minutes complete with a car wash. I have not experienced this level of customer service in a while and it was refreshing and definitely appreciated. If you go to the service department, ask for John. I have no doubt he treats every customer this way. He definitely exceeded my expectations.
