Lisa helped me set up an auto and homeowners policy for a great rate with plenty of discounts. Lisa has been incredibly helpful and trustworthy. What I like most about Rick McLean’s office is how dependable and caring the whole staff is. Highly recommend for all insurance needs!

Becoming involved in a motor vehicle accident was something of an unusual experience for me. Never in my 54 years of driving had that been an issue until Wednesday, April 6th when a semi-tractor trailer attempted to occupy the same space my vehicle was using. He illegally changed lanes from the passing lane and struck my vehicle. What a surprise that was. It wasn't till hours later that I began to think about the reality of what had happened. My visit to my local State Farm Agent was a very pleasant experience. Beth Beauford, Rick McLean's Executive Assistant helped me along the way in processing my claim. Beth explained the whole process and even assisted me making the call in her office to the claims department. I was very pleased in the level of service that was given to me at Rick McLean's Office. Beth was very pleasant and professional. It was great having someone like her to explain all of the details in how the claim was going to be processed. All of the staff at the office seemed very friendly, especially Beth, who made sure that I was properly treated. Professional, knowledgeable, and 100% satisfied. Robert Genson helped me add another vehicle to my policy and save hundreds of dollars a year. I’m so grateful that Rick McLean’s agency has always the best staff and I always feel like family. She has always been there since day one when I started with State Farm. If I had questions, needed something, paid my bill, etc. Jennifer was there to help. Jennifer changed agents offices so I changed too. I just couldn’t imagine anyone else taking her.place. She knows my family and life situation and always treats me with care and kindness. What I have had to deal with in the last month is the reason I have State Farm. We had 2 claims and multiple people to contact to make sure all is settled and secured. Most of these calls were handled by Rick McLean's office (mainly Teague). They have my back! Teague was able to make the calls because it is nearly impossible for me to make calls during the day while I work. I have had State Farm since 1995 and I am more convinced today that I made the right choice. Thank you!
