Stop in every 3,4 months or so, while visiting my folks from the Deep South- of Houston. Always responsive, polite and helpful. Been 10 plus times, bought a single tool on 2 occasions, and a guitar tuner, never the less they always treat me the same. Primarily looking at Guitars, of which they usually have at least 1 of some quality, and a score of others, which does serve across the board from beginner stuff to high end models. I’ll pickup a lower end model, and have been Surprisingly impressed by the quality of those. Always worth stopping at. I’ll stop at a few 300 or so a year, so of course I’d like to go by another 200. So, it’s not like I’m an expert, but can offer that compared to the those few hundred, I do go by.

I always use Richards when I need to borrow some money or when I need to find a good product for a good price. They always loan me the maximum amount on my goods and when I go back to pick them up they are in the same condition I left them in. The staff are very friendly and attentive to their customers.

This is bar none the best pawn shop Ive ever been to. I bought my first crossbow and bows from here. Wade gave me a couple what to do/not do lessons. He has always greeted like a good friend.
