Rich and his team were great. Incredibly helpful and responsive - as a first time buyer Rich took the time to answer questions throughout the whole process and made things easy to understand. We were also able to close early because Rich and his team were so on top of things!

Rich helped my wife and I secure a mortgage on the first home we've bought together and we couldn't be happier with his level of service and attention to detail. The last time I got a mortgage was in 2007... and boy oh boy are things different these days. While the mortgage process isn't exactly "fun", Rich really makes the whole experience incredibly manageable and does everything possible to put your minds at ease. Rich was thorough and responsive.
