Absolute Home Mortgage is the best! I worked directly with the Muscarella Lending Team and I can't even explain how amazing they were. Their knowledge and their professionalism is something like I have never seen before, they made understanding and completing this process extremely easy for me. From the detailed information prior to every step to the extremely quick responses, it was all more then I could have asked for. I have worked with other mortgage companies before and this has been the absolute best experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone whether they are looking for a mortgage, refinance, or even just need advice on the process and where to start. They were all wonderful to work with!

Sean and Ed were incredibly helpful throughout the entire home buying process. As a first time home buyer I didn't know anything about the process and they were always happy to explain things to me and answer my questions. Sean was always happy to run numbers for me and different scenarios so that I could properly plan the monthly payment for each offer I made. Both Sean and Ed were also just super nice, easy people to talk too, which was greatly appreciated given how stressful the home buying process is.

Al was courteous and extremely responsive via all avenues of communication (text, email, calls). He made it easy for me to continue enduring my busy work schedule while trying to purchase my first home. After an unveiled error in tax calculations dramatically changed my monthly payment and down payment just hours before closing, Mark was unwilling to take any responsibility for the error or provide any support or sympathy for my position. He was unpleasant and often rude and degrading and showed little to no concern over my being out in a bad position. Incredibly poor communication and often avoidant. He also encouraged me to lie to the underwriter to get the loan to go through. Overall poor ethics and bad business, I would highly NOT recommend this lender.

Don went out of his way to help me secure the best possible mortgage. Very professional and courteous from the start to closing, which made the mortgage process stress free. Very grateful to be his client.

Sharif and his team Ana, has been pleasant to work with. He was detailed and competitive in the offering, quick at responding to our needs of getting a pre-approval letter, as we made an offer, and quick at finalizing details to meet the closing date. Ana was superb in communication and working with the seller and the closing attorney's and finalizing the details. Overall it was a seamless to work with Sharif team and amazed how well they do it working remote. I have worked with Sharif on my previous home re-financing and getting a new loan on this new home. Will work with him on all future investment projects and will refer to my friends. I got his contact from one of my friend and I am glad I could do the same to others.

Zephan put up with writing me pre-approvals for over 2 years and countless denied offers. But he never gave up on me and despite my income and spending habits being incredibly ridiculous, he was able to get my file approved and closed within 30 days! Him and his team have been nothing but accommodating and thorough in every step of the process. I can’t imagine ever using anyone else periodt. He also complimented my pizza so extra 5 stars for that! I wish 10/10 was an option here!
