I have been a State Farm Customer since my first car. Upon moving to Florida in 1986 I transferred auto and home policies to the Ric Coffey Agency. I have been pleased with the professionalism and service now for over 36 years. My children are customers on their own now. I cannot imagine a better insurance agent than Ric!

Every time I have needed help or questions answered you have been there to answer and help. You always look up my account to make sure I am getting everything I need. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you I appreciate all that you guys do !

I have been with State Farm for 21 years in New York State i repeat 21 years my 2 children were covered since they got their license at 16 and never had a problem with my agent what ever they quoted me or handling claims everything was straight forward up front.We moved to Florida recently we went to Ric was like a roller cost something new every time they quoted one thing next a phone call and thing will change because they made mistake gave me a new quote and that one happen to be more my safe driver discounts and car discounts low driving miles use to be on the statement so i got a new insurance company and i am paying the same rate as i was in NY same coverage and discounts.

I worked with Jennifer M. to buy homeowners insurance and she walked me through every step with a cheerful demeanor and great knowledge of everything needed. If you need insurance I highly recommend this agent and be sure to ask for Jen!

Got into a car accident a month ago. STILL have not gotten my car fixed even though repairs are being paid for through insurance. Very displeased with this quality of service. Update: It took almost 2 months to have my car repaired with what was mostly cosmetic damage. It took 1 week to even have my damage assessed. 3 weeks of waiting around driving my damaged vehicle. Then over 3 weeks with my car physically in the shop. I boosted my rating by 1 star because of how they handled my car rental situation. Overall I was disappointed with this time frame.

I wish I can select “0”. State Farm provided a windshield repair company to me to fix the cracked windshield and the technician damaged the left hand side of leather steering wheel (many small cuts on the leather by sharp objects). After the accident, I wanted to learn about the windshield repair company. I could not even find this company “Auto Glass Only Ft Myers” via google search or better business bureau. I filed a claim to state farm, and they were nice at the beginning. They told me they would take care of it and would contact the windshield repair company. I uploaded a picture of the damage done to my steering wheel. State farm then directed me to Sunset Chevrolet body shop for repair estimate. I did every step state farm asked of me and it was over a one month long process. After all the effort, state farm sent me a letter, stating that the damage was “wear and tear”. Two body shops determined that the damage was caused by sharp objects. However, state farm opted to deny the claim i was attempting to submit. They went so far as to insinuate that it was I who caused the damage to the steering wheel by driving. They accused “my hands” to make these little cuts. When I asked “ if the damage was done by my hands, the damage should be on both sides of the steering wheel “ They said “ we don’t know how you drive”. I was speechless and feel helpless for this unfair treatment from state farm. I can not believe this is state farm’s final solution, put blame on their client! I will terminate my State farm insurance. In the past 5 years, I never filed any claim until this one. I have learned that if anything happens, state farm won’t be there like a good neighbor.

Been with them for 10+ years and they always have the best rates and great service. I was insuring new truck and Sandy mentioned they provide loans. The auto loan rates are lower than the best one offered by the dealer, I not only have great insurance , I now have a lower truck payment . Win , Win .

This State Farm agency has by far the best insurance support team I have ever worked with. They have helped me navigate the complexities of my automotive policy and State Farm.
