Nothing to do with the branch but I've been locked out of my bank account all weekend most other banks have a 24/7 customer service but liberty never must be a staffing issue

Danielle Bachar was so helpful and pleasant to work with. I needed help changing my name on my account because I got married recently, and she made the process a breeze! The day prior, I spent over an hour of my time in my husband’s bank, so needless to say I didn’t want to do that again. And this time we handled everything over email, and she made sure to use a secure platform when sending my personal documents/ info! I was so impressed!

This bank is amazing!! No matter how big or small the task they knock it out of the park!!! I especially love that they all know me by name and greet me with a smile! Special shout out to Jessica Martinez for her above and beyond service with a smile!!!!

Liberty Savings Bank is awesome! Super friendly staff that always remember their customers and give 110% to make sure that customers remember their bank isn't some soulless company that only cares about money. This is the best bank I've ever had, it makes Achieva look like Bank of America.

All the employees are always smiling the biggest smiles when I walk in, you would think if they smile like this for all the customers their faces must hurt by the end of the day. Also, they are always very helpful and on top of it! They remember my name when I walk in and are very quick to help me with all my needs and questions. This Bank is not like the usual bank that you would be used to, where you feel like they're just ready to help the next person in line.... This bank, I would have to say, is by far the best way to do your banking!

I LOVE this bank all of the staff are friendly and courteous and go above and beyond in customer service. I have all of my accounts with this bank. Danielle has helped me set things up on the computer when I needed assistance. Whenever new programs come out that would be beneficial for me or my company they let me know right away.

Had a mix up with my account. But no worries, Jessica and others were quick, responsive and helpful in correcting the problem!
