Horrible customer service!!! False advertisement!! Everywhere on their sites says money will be sent within 15 minutes. Nothing says it can take up to 12 hours which is their “policy” I would never use them to send money if I can use money gram and western union which are much safer and actually get the money to the recipient in minutes. DO NOT USE. They should be sued I will be contacting my lawyer about their false advertisement. Disgusting service

I transferred money online using Ria Money Transfer. The money got deducted 3 times from my bank account and bank charged me overdraft fees which i am trying to get back for over a month. Then my account again got charged in middle of the month when i had deleted all my account information from my log-in. This company is FRAUD !!!

If there was a 0 star spot I would have chosen it. Worst customer service ever. I had money transferred to me and was told it would be available in 10 mins. A day later and 5 incompetent agents and $700 just in the air!

I would not recommend this company to a dog. Very bad customer service will not answer questions asked of them. They need to be replaced by Walmart as soon as possible. They don't deserve the one star to post this at all. Hope they go out of business soon.

it is an awful service i had a terrible experience , stay away , very unprofessional and unorganized i am shocked they still in business never had a problem with their competitors they should go out of business , your money is not safe with them .

This company is a fraud they steal your money I'm fighting to get my money back its been hella long already and they would transfer money and i canceled the money transfer its been 20days i still haven't gotten my money back there thief's they can't call u nack you get no answers DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT TRUST ME.... almost 1 1/2 months and sending a letter that i would sue they finally issued a refund! Stay on them and send a certified letter also included California section codes of state law about money returns etc.... and they will eventually get it togather.! Hopefully they will have better customer service skills and better business practices

They flagged my Walmart to Walmart money transfer as fraud. Even after answering all their questions they cancelled the transfer. Now I cannot use Walmart to Walmart for an "undetermined time". They my girlfriend hanging without any money, completely unacceptable.

I did a transfer with Ria. They took the money. The receiver was on the way to collect. They then cancelled the transfer for no reason and I had to collect the money back. A huge waste of time for all concerned. Avoid.

This place is a scam they got my mother a 68-year-old woman on Social Security for $1000 and I will pursue this place and these people
