Rhea Gaines was amazing! My type loan was quiet difficult because of a lot of different obstacles we knew we were facing. I have been turned down before by other lenders because it is a difficult situation to deal with, and many did not want the challenge. Rhea stepped up to the challenge and made this process mostly seamless. She was always easy to get ahold of, and very willing to help. I would recommend her to anyone trying to buy a home. She went above and beyond for me and my family, and now we are in our forever home! Where others will not step up and help, and they aren’t up for the problems they will face trying to get you approved- Rhea will always stand in the face of any obstacles for you and succeed for you and your family. Rhea is very open and honest from the first step to the last, she is always one step ahead and fixes issues as they come. She was very upfront and easy to deal with.
