REX S Lakeshore Dr, Tempe

So I closed on a property in Northern Phoenix just recently and the sellers agent was part of this Rex company... I was the buyer, and my realtor was from a different agency. Typically in this industry it is courtesy to come collect your signage 24 hours after the close of a sale... I am pretty positive it is in Arizona Statute that the agents are required also update MLS within 24 hours after a transaction... I closed 8/9 and it is now 8/17 and the selling agent has yet to come collect their material or update MLS from ‘under contract’ to ‘closed.’ I feel bad throwing it away, but also I shouldn’t have to be in charge of disposing of their signage... just feels kinda trashy. I had to call the agency and I spoke to an Erica, who was very helpful and told me she would contact the agent(s). My agent told the selling agent multiple times to collect their signage and update MLS. I shouldn’t of had to reach out as the new owner of this property. As the buyer; I helped pay this agent’s commission. I definitely would not use them in a future transaction - as this just seems trashy and not very professional. The seller also fell out of contract before my offer. I would think twice before trusting this AZ branch with your home sale/ purchase. Maybe the agents are newer, but you literally made money off my business so the least you can do is come collect your trash :)
