    9:48 am and 1cashier line in a circle inside ask a African American person if only 1 cashier. Looked like she/he rolled eyes. Im sorry when BOfA closes most of there banks with a 10 miles radius And you walking to the only office 1 Cashier and other with attitude. I think people need to start to change banks where customers are welcome. And Service is provided. Welcome person was ask a question being answered with Attitude.

    On Friday before MLK I had a 3 PM appointment at Bank of America at 906 E Baseline Rd, Tempe, AZ 85283. I went there at around 2:40 PM. One of the workers greeted me and asked if I had an appointment and asked me to wait. I waited for about 50 minutes when the worker called me into his booth. He asked me what I needed looked at my documents and was called to look into something else, so he left me waiting for more than 10 minutes. Following that he came over and typed my information and was called to solve another issue. He came back after a while and asked me if I could wait for more 30 minutes because he had another matter to take care of before being able to open my account or that I could come back on Tuesday. Very frustrating experience! It appears that it is a really busy location and that the workers might be overworked and needing some additional people in their team in order to help the customers. I hope you guys can do something about it so that other costumers won't have to go through hours of waiting. I also would like to request that any personal information or copy of my documents from that appointment may be discarded and not kept! I didn't open an account that day for obvious reasons. Unfortunately this BofA location deserves the bad rating it has on Google maps.

    Bank of America, literally one of the largest companies on the face of this Earth, can’t seem to keep 3 drive thru ATMs all functioning together for longer than 24 hrs. Makes sense

    Today 11/17/21 was the 1st time at this location. For myself with the exception of today I don't recall feeling welcome or comfortable in a Bank of America branch. Shawn Smith is a Relationship Banker and more. Simply stated he is a "natural". I first saw him at a desk and the furthest thing from my mind was that he would come, say hello, ask me why I was there and then put on his teller hat. The bank was uncrowded and the line short. He evidently is determined to assist where ever and when ever he is able to. We spoke and he also assisted other customers. At other branches, over the decades I never felt I fit in, was out of place. I had no such thoughts with this banker. I am not aware of anyone more natural and professional. While he spoke he added thoughts that with some customers will create business for B of A. I am convinced he is sharp in the right way! We as customers will benefit by seeking his expertise in person or other method of communicating.

    Employees are friendly and seem to try but I have never seen more than two tellers working. On occasion only one. Long wait if you need a teller

    WORST SERVICE! If I could I would give 0 star! There is only teller all the time and one person walking around asking if can help with anything but instead of asking they could of help tellers so there won't be long lines. The minimum wait is 20-30 minutes just for a deposit inside compare to 1-2 minutes in the other banks. If you have chance to work with Wells Fargo or Chase, definitely do that!

    Horrible bank. Just horrible customer service. I waited in line 23 minutes to make a cash deposit on a business account and they would not take the funds. They did not offer to sell me a money order or open an account to be able make a deposit. Horrible. Never again walking into a B of A.

    Went into the branch asking if they could put a stop payment on my bill pay. They said no, but I could and funds would be returned in 3-4 days. Left and called customer service and they put the stop payment on my bill pay and gave me a max 2 day window. Their employees don’t know what they’re talking about!

    I wish I could give 0 score to this place. Came here for wire transferring money for the house closing. Waiting for one hour later and has been told I need make an appointment to do it. Hardly to make an appointment with them in person even on phone. Only one counter employee works hard for a long line people. Two other employers one standing there one sitting there with nothing to do especially when you ask them for help, rudeness manner and helpless.

    Never answer their phone lines- they make it so difficult to book an appointment. Drove to two separate facilities just to find out the first banker I spoke to booked the wrong time. Took an hour out of my day to drive out here.

    I started having to come to this branch when the pandemic hit and most other branches around me closed town "temporarily" or drastically reduced hours outside of when I am generally available. What I can honestly say is that when all the closer branches reopen or resume regular operating hours, I think I'm still going to make the drive to this branch in particular. The reason is because of Sean. Sean is the branch manager of this B of A and he is the epitome of a kind professional - always. He's NOT the kind of guy where he may be real stressed one day and short with you then nice another day. No. Sean is CONSISTENTLY a really sweet human being, always ready to help with empathy - every single time. Really. He's made such a good impression on me that I'm writing a review of a bank branch for God's sake. That alone should speak volumes. What's more is that I've also noticed his leadership of service and kindness is effectively propagated into the attitudes and spirits of those he works with. That's how good this Sean's energy is. I don't know if these ever get looked at by B of A, but if they do, please make sure whoever Sean reports to gets sent a copy of this. If I was hiring a manager for just about any business, Sean's the archetype of a human being you can only hope to find. I hope B of A recognizes his competence, character, professionalism and empathy the way I have. Really - you can't miss it.
