I started working with Bud Holland back in March of 2016 when my wife and I decided to purchase a second home in Bradenton, FL. I contacted lending tree online and received a call from Bud within minutes. He had a great personality and I knew he would work out. We started the process of receiving an approval letter from the lender prior to finalizing our selection of a home. We made several trips to the Sarasota and Bradenton area and finally found a builder that we both liked to build our new house. I informed Bud and he advised me to keep him informed of how the progress on the house was going. A month before the closing Bud ensured that we had all the correct documentation in place to have a seamless closing. We also worked with Shakira Ostheimer on sending and reviewing the final documentation for the closing and just like Bud she was very professional and ensured we had no surprises. We have purchased three homes and the experience Bud provided was by far the best we have ever dealt with in purchasing a house. There were no last minute requests for documents that always seem to happen right before the closing and Bud was very professional throughout the process.
