Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

Long lines to see a cashier and no-one bothers to get more help. When you ask to get help they say the other cashier is in the back. Apparently Bank of America does not make money that way. BOA has turned out to be a terrible bank to do business with. No drive-thru, higher fees on your accounts, less service all-around. I'm going to be closing my accounts.

I was buying a house and I have closing on 3rd December I took an Official check (Bank Draft) from Citi bank and deposited in my account Bank of America since the Attorney escrow account in Bank of America. As I worked in the bank past 25 years, I had little knowledge about how banking system work. It was my mistake I did not transfer the money sooner, but we are human being, mistake happens When customer deposit a secure check like bank draft beneficially bank get the money same night, but they choose to use the money for 5 days not make it available to the customer. But there is a federal guideline called Regulation CC but with six exceptions for bank to do what they have been doing by using this loopholes. Manager has the power to make an exception and override the hold to make the cash available if she or he understand the importance of it, or you have a good regular interaction with the manager if they know you and your credibility. Like my case. I was closing a house but I must say This is totally on their discretion, so I have nothing to say about this if they refuse not to do this for me. But I met this manager on 11-30-2021 between 2.30 Pm to 3pm at 3200 N University Drive Coral springs Drive FL 33065 his name was Jovan Pepin He was rude, Incompetent, arrogant do not care about bank of America's customers. clue about customer service, only working for pay checks Might be resist, he thinks he is very smart, but actually he was dump since he does not know what Regulation CC is! he might be taking the test every year, As per federal or Bank of America's requirement. Still did not know it. Bank of America should not keep an employee like that I am afraid to trusting my money to keep in person like Pepin’s incompetent hand. There are other mangers and bankers in this location they were very nice like "Anna". or Teller Gina He should learn from them how to be polite or may be at least just be civilized with the customer S

BANK OF AMERICA FROM THE BEST TO THE WORST Terrible experience!!!! Bank of America used to be the best bank in USA, no longer, service is terrible. I'm BA customer since 2004, personal and business account, because extraordinary reasons, today, we had to open a Business account in a rush, my partner was coming back to her house out of USA, it was an emergency, an unusual situation. We arrived the office at 12:40 pm, I explained to Mr. Jovan Pepin the situation, he told me we have to do an appointment in advance in order to open an account, despite I explained Mr. Jovan Pepin, my partner is traveling outside USA, he didn't want to do anything, like a robot he said NOT!, I asked to talk with the manager, Mr. Jovan Pepin told me "I'm the manager", I requested his business card to fill out a complain, then I realized Mr. Jovan Pepin was not the manager, Mr. Jovan Pepin is the agency assistant manager. I was sweating and wearing a dirt cloth because I was working in a recently purchased house for business purposes, I didn't get time to change my cloth because bank agency close at 1 pm in addition that several agencies don't work Saturdays. Mr. Jovan Pepin who was wearing a cheap suit with tie (cheap too), felt he was so important to take care to a dirty man wearing dirty cloth. Bank of America used to hire the best employees, people with amazing common sense, empathy and urgent sense, completed opposed to Mr. Jovan Pepin, a cheap employee completely lack of empathy and common sense, who believes his cheap suit and tie, and to be in charge of the office, because the boss is not there, turns him in a VIP person. Mr. Jovan Pepin still has not realized that there are not VIP persons, only human beings. Despite it, I don't believe Mr. Jovan Pepin is the responsible, BA trying to save money in too many ways as possible, have been decreased year to year the quality of their employees, Mr. Jovan Pepin is only one of the hundreds consequences to hire cheap employees. If you deal with BA you should consider to leave that bank, joke officers as Mr. Jovan Pepin are reproduced in BA faster than ants. I'm going to submit a complain about it to BA headquarters, but to be honest I don't have any expectation, BA is not going to do anything to change the way that people as Mr. Jovan Pepin treat their own customer, people as Mr. Jovan Pepin still don't realize where their salaries come from. R.I.P Bank of America

This branch is just the worst. Bank of America has always failed me for every service I have requested from them. Save yourself a trip and the aggravation just head to a different branch.

Bad customer service starting from the Manager down. Most of Bank of America branches they treat customers like kings and queens. This branch the Manager at the date and time of my visit was not very pleasant. She has the air of someone high up in a pedestal. As of today they have a 3.5 star review at this branch, no wonder why. The clerk misinformed me about a cashier's check and I had to go there twice. Wasted my time.

I don't blame the staff but the executive decision to close down every other bank of America in general area has caused mass amounts of people crowding. Now just to do a simple in person deposit takes an hour unless you can use atm. These measures they've taken are the opposite of safe which leads me to believe the other buildings are closed as a way to save money at the customer's expense.

We usually do NOT write bad reviews. However, something must be done to hopefully correct the customer service issues at this branch. We usually bank at the Wiles Street branch, where we are treated with appreciation, courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, our Wiles branch has experienced closures due to COVID-19 and we have been forced to go to the next closest branch, which is at 3200 N University Drive. We have consistently run into customer service issues at this branch, but dismissed the lapses in service by chalking them up to stress and overwork on part of the staff. However, today's experience has prompted that we say something. My husband went in for a transaction, for which he had not had any issues at the Wiles Street branch. The teller (who knows my husband from the Wiles branch) advised him that she could not assist him with this particular transaction because this was a different branch with different managers and different protocols, and that he would have to speak with the manager. After waiting for over 25 minutes for the manager, my husband inquired about the wait and was advised that the manager was "at lunch" and would be another 30 minutes. Bad, bad, bad customer service. Sadly, from reading other reviews, we are not the only ones experiencing the lack of concern with which this branch treats its customers. This disregard for customers' time and efforts reflects very badly on this branch and this manager. We understand that management may not be comfortable allowing a teller to authorize a transaction simply because they know us from another branch. We also understand that we are not a regular customer at this branch. However, by now management should anticipate that there are customers from other branches who are forced to bank at this branch due to branch closings, and made arrangements to avoid these lapses in customer service.

Wait times are terrible. Many customers waiting while empty desk with no employees. People are looking for jobs. Time to hire help! Thinking of switching banks. Every Bank of America now is the same wait times.
