Due to this title company, a 30 day contract took 50+ days to close. It is important that small business owners like myself thoroughly vet their title companies. Rachel L. referred to my title company employees and me as "you people," good to know how your customers of color are perceived. I will ensure I never buy or sell with a title company this small and disorganized again. They were also dishonest about sending a wire transfer. I called my bank and it was never sent to my account. Be sure to ask about the disbursement of funds and get wire transfer reference numbers if you are told one was made in your name.

If i could give zero stars I would. I was told somoene would call and verify my account information, never happened. I was told I would be funded a certain day as long as the funds were wired within a certain timeframe from the lender. I provided a federal tracking # that indeed showed the wire was completed within the timeframe I was told it needed to be in. No Funds still, and the run around and excuse making has happened. I have been passed off to like 4 different people, and an "operations" manager who has done nothing. Terrible, I wish I would have had the choice in choosing title.

The WORST experience from start to finish. We did not ever receive follow up, everything was last minute for our closing. Every time we talked to someone it seemed to be a bother and then our actual closing was a mess with an attorney they sent on their behalf. Even recovery after the fact was horrible, there was no follow through everyone just kept passing it off. I would never work with them again or recommend them to anyone!

Great service, friendly staff and quick turnaround times. My recent home purchase was a breeze with Res/Title! I can't recommend them highly enough!

Not good. I represented the seller on a recent transaction. Unprofessional & untimely In short - took them 3 WEEKS to reach out in regards to their file (normally completed in 24-48 hours after going under contract. Lost information ("processor was on vacation") so requested it multiple times. Waited until 24 business hours before closing to alert us to a considerable issue with closing arrangements. Waited until I asked for the seller's closing disclosure before they sent it (missing a large seller expense). The day of closing they failed to wire seller proceeds for a subsequent purchase in a timely fashion. It took 3 prompts between my title co and myself to get the funds transferred. They waited until after 4pm to release the funds, further delaying my client's purchase. Not a team player. I do not recommend. Buyers - trust your agent's recommendations on title companies. They know who has the best performance, communication, and follow up. There's no need to have last minute "surprises".
