Republic Bank NJ, West Berlin

It's been a fantastic experience all around since taking my business banking to RB's doorstep just under five years ago. The bank's apps are functionally sound although limited to just a few commands. The crew behind the Benjamins are so pleasant, happy to help, and polite to the point they actually wait for me to leave before complaining about what a pain-in-the-behind customer I am. LOL! Just teasing - they're all fantastic at Berlin and Voorhees (and I'm sure at other branches as well), and they make the banking experience much more lax than Bank of Am....nnddd here I go rambling on; so sorry! My ONLY complaint - if you go to some branches at the wrong time of day(light), you might be momentarily blinded by the sunshine's rays that just beam right through the floor-to-ceiling glass building, only to bounce off the shiny floors, ultimately finding it's way to your face...peculiarly finding its way directly into your eyes. Keep up the great work and thanks for all you do to help my business grow.

We have been banking with Republic Bank for a few years now. Ryan opened our personal and business accounts. He has been amazing since the very beginning and has helped us more than we can ever put into words. Anytime we have had issues, he has been able to resolve them or find someone that can. He really is what keeps this branch as great as it feels. We moved out of Berlin and the branch closer to us just does not compare. Thank you for always taking such good care of us!

Love this bank... they have the best employees

The bank is good. But, this branch is not a good representation of Republic Bank. They aren’t as understanding as the branch my husband deals with and the supervisor Nicole never helps anyone out. She has given me a super nasty attitude and even hung up on me. Other times she’ll say “she’ll look into it” and you’ll never get a call back with an update. The best interest of the customer should always be first and if you can help someone out that’s in a tough situation, you should. But this branch thinks otherwise.

Idiots here. Walked in to open a checking account and everyone just stood there staring. Didn’t ask what we needed, am I old fashioned or is customer service at an expectation of 0 now? They all looked like they had no idea why someone walked into their bank.

I LOVE Republic Bank. I was getting screwed by TD for years when they built this new "diner bank" right in the Shop Rite plaza. The only downside with Republic is the 7 day holding period when you open a new account, other than that it is the best bank in the area. Just keep in mind when you open an account you won't be able to make a withdrawal for 7 days (this may have changed I made an account 2-3 years ago). The service at this branch is exceptional, always super friendly people who are happy to go the extra mile for their customers. Can't say enough good things about Republic, this is how banking should be !

Best bank in the area, great hours and straight to the point. Ryan and Tara are some of the most helpful bank tellers I’ve ever met. Answered all of my many questions and were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was picking the best accounts, I wish their were more employees like that now a days.

Started off Great, but have a problem and your run in circles . I needed contact from a certain individual that I couldnt be given a phone number to but would call me , was told this several times and never heard from that person. I had also been told after supposedly working on an issue for 10 business days , they decided not to deal with it . The "Help" I received when I needed it , unfortunately was non-existent, and at times actually a hindrance. I had to close what was left of my account and change banks . I wouldn't suggest to anyone to use this bank.

The staff was friendly and professional, I felt welcome coming through the doors. Your staff ShaNira and Ryan were exceptional. They are an asset to this branch and because of that service I will continue to do business here. Please keep up the awesome work.
