I just moved all of my commercial business over to Kevin Brown at Renasant Bank. I could be more pleased with the service I am getting. They are truly professional commercial bankers. The understand my needs and are always exceeding my service expectations.

If there was a way to give them a negative that would be the true rating. I have never encountered so many incompetent and inexperienced people in all of my life. Thinking of calling or going in with a question? Don't! Well unless you have at least 30 mins for them to call every one who has ever worked there to see what to do. Having trouble with online bill pay? Sadly, they can't help you and will direct you to a phone in which to call someone who knows where to try ans assist you, sadly they also won't know the answer and will direct you back to the branch. That's pretty much how the circle goes. It's not like I even had difficult questions...."what's my new login now with the take over" or "why aren't my bill pays arriving". I have been trying to cancel my account there for over a week and it's one problem after the next. In 21 years of banking I have NEVER had a worse experience. Do yourself a favor and RUN as fast as you can to anyone else. Your 5 year old could probably handle your banking needs better then this place.
