Ricardo was amazing. He was there at ALL times. We had so many ups and downs during the process of buying our home and he was always available, no matter what. He guided us through the entire process and he was very comforting in our down times. He was extremely honest & gave his professional opinion the entire time. His assistant Pam was also amazing. We spoke on the phone so many times and she was very helpful. We owe it to both of them for us getting our condo and we are SO excited and happy!! Thank you both!

Ricardo was very attentive and always answered my calls/texts, even on the weekends. He explained things throughly and always asked if I had any other questions. I recently used their service to refinance my mortgage. The process was made very easy by the advisor. Everything was done via email or phone. Also the process was very fast. It took me less than a month to refinance. I was made aware of the stage in the process that I was on at all time, and when I needed assistance the advisor called me and walked me through every step. A few months ago I started the process, but began to get bombarded with calls from an agent that was extremely pushy. At that point I felt something was off and decided to postpone. With Ricardo the process was calm, and it felt like he really cared to get me a good offer and was looking in my best interest. Will recommend using his service if in the market to refinance or on a new mortgage.

Ricardo and Pam we’re very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Instead of turning us down, he offered help and solutions that benefited us. They were in contact with us mostly in the beginning, but after we closed they didn’t respond to my emails or call backs like they normally would with questions on why our policy was changing or the price. It would be great and professional to return emails and calls to already existing clients.
