Please stay away from chase. I can’t count how many times they have shut down my card to ‘protect me’ while shopping, paying for gas, or making ordinary purchases. They will never tell you the reason. Happened again today but they are closed for a holiday. Why though, this holiday is not celebrated in India or the Philippines where all my calls are to Chase are always transferred. Ridiculous..

Customer service is terrible. My mother and I arrived at this location about an hour before closing to open a new account. When the banker came to pick up the next customer she turned to us and stated that her coworker (who was with his customer 10 minutes already) was opening an account and would be a while. She stated that she was opening up a new account as well and would be about 20 minutes too so they were not going to able to help us. This was 20 minutes before they actually closed to top it off. Bottom line was that she wasn’t going to risk going past closing to help a customer. FIRST TIME I have witnessed this. Maybe things would be different if I was getting a loan but I am definitely reevaluating Chase and my other accounts because of this. I am well aware of different avenues to open an account like online and that there is a certain annoyance with “last minute” customers. However if we (the customers) take the time to go in branch to give you our business, then the least that can be done is the same.

Tellers but especially the manager have no respect for their customers. A little common courtesy would be so welcome in this particular location.

Pathetic bank. ATMs NEVER WORK and when they do there's NO CASH!!!

The only good thing about this bank is not the customer service because from outside to outside it does not serve the deposits take cm 1 week in cheqe oh direct deposit god that can with this bank I do not recommend it

Get some walk up ATM machines out front

Chase bank has great benefits but this chase bank in Ruben Torres has terrible customer service. Came in 2 hours before closing to open a new account, 5 minutes later another female customer comes in to do the same thing. Apparently that customer supposedly was here before me cause they called her first, and employees excuse was she was in here already. He said she was in the bathroom, I called him a liar cause she had just come in from outside and went straight to sign in, and he was like she probably went to her car, Ivan you're a liar!

Tried to update my account as my address had changed. I failed 6 times and the site told me to contact chase. So I called this location to try to update my address and they told me to just do it online 🤗
