We worked with Evangeline and Ashley and were very impressed by their team. This was our second home purchase experience, but first with Reliance. I just used Evangeline for the second time in six years to purchase a home. I cannot stress enough how easy this experience was. From the date I received my loan acceptance to my date signing with title it was only 14 days. I am blown away by how quickly we got it done and how little stress I felt throughout the process! I shopped around for rates and Evangeline offered the most competitive rate. Even if she had not, I would have been willing to pay a slightly higher rate for the stellar service I received!

Evangeline and Sarah helped with 3 loans (2 refi and 1 new loan) over the course of about a month. Sarah helped navigate the process and coordinate with all the different parties and send frequent updates. I am very happy with the process and the outcome.
