Lindsay has helped me with a home loan and a loan for my rental property in the Sacramento area. She is a terrific lender and leads a team of professionals who are always available if you have any questions / concerns. For my first rental property, I was in a unique situation on the financing side, but Lindsay got on a call with me and we discussed many options that could work for me. I really appreciate the fact that she took her time to analyze my situation and think of solutions rather than stating a straight "No" as some of the other lenders. When you are under contract, she takes the additional step to make sure to let the seller know that they need not worry and keep the seller's agent and seller updated on where we are. This helps when there are issues that crop up during the escrow period.
