Josh Mottashed is the best around -- this guy makes the process enjoyable... did I just say that? Oddly, I actually enjoyed going through the refi process with Josh. He is part broker, part teacher, part counselor... he made our refi simple and kept us informed along the way. After a bad/ traumatizing experience with a big bank, I met Josh and I was shocked at how easy the process is SUPPOSED to be... save yourself some time (and gray hair) and call him first.
