She took her time with us, explained everything (no matter how many times we asked) and made sure we were updated regularly without requesting. Bryan Carter was the very best loan officer I have ever worked with. In most situations, once the application is complete and the loan locked in, the loan officer passes you off to someone else for the rest of the process. Not so with Bryan. He went above and beyond in helping get my loan through underwriting, approved and closed. He literally helped me every step of the way. He was so responsive to all emails and phone calls. He was also very knowledgeable and had my best interest in mind always. Exceptional customer service!

I was a first time Home buyer with with no knowledge of how to get the process started, but I worked with Toi Meade on the purchasing of my home and then again on the refinancing of my home! Both times she has been a D color and IF clarity diamond!! She has made each process extremely easy and if I can't contact her by phone, she is quick to respond through text or email. We just refinanced our mortgage with Tyler Maglione and it was a very smooth process. Tyler was great to work with, he actually talked us into refinancing now. I had talked to other companies and didn't like what they told me or they were too pushy and I just didn't want to deal with them. Everything with Tyler was exactly how we said we wanted it to be. He asked in the beginning how and when he should contact us with updates and that's how it worked. He was great to work with and to talk to. I would definitely recommend Tyler and Reliance First Capital to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Liars. I changed insurance companies and the $700.00 refund was sent to them for whatever reason by my former insurance provider and the can't find where the money went. They know that they got it, but they can't find it. Matthew Wambeek is a slick talker in my opinion. Don't use this company. You will regret it.
