Mike Ray was the BEST both professionally and personally!!!! I’ve never experienced a more invasive process than getting qualified for a mortgage. You literally tell them everything. Mike actually made the process fun. From our very first conversation, I felt comfortable sharing my previous financial missteps, and how I worked hard to improve my credit. After listening to my long story long about life happenings, he said “I haven’t heard anything that screams no.” Just hearing that it was possible, was what I needed to go forward. The entire process from start to finish was seamless, Terence went above and beyond every expectation I had for a lender. I have worked with Dana Lucas. She has a great personality very fun person. I have some gap at my work history and I have explained everything to Dana. She told me that I am good to buy house, my work history is enough. So we have started to make offers. You have to put nonrefundable down payment and many conditions to purchase a house these days. I have told Dana that we making offers with nonrefundable payments. Are we sure I am ok to purchase a house. Than she has talked with under writer and never heard back again from her. I had made an appointment with her to know what is going on,, she didn't answer the phone, I texted no response, no emails. I trusted Dana Lucas with all my personal documents and spent many months working with her but she didn't even take some time to explain to me that why she put me in a situation that I could lose 10's of thousands of dollars when I make a nonrefundable offers for the houses. I was lucky that noone accepted my offer, I d lose soo much.

Terence, Charity and Grace made the entire process quick and easy from start to finish, despite it being during both the Thanksgiving and Christmas Season. Although, a minor set-back happened they worked diligently to resolve the issue, and treated me with respect throughout the entire process.
